I had a great experience purchasing and installing my digital lock. Bought at Tampines outlet from Bishen who was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to clearly explain all the functions and recommending the right model to replace my existing lock. Roy who helps us to install was also very professional and meticulous. He positioned the lock in a way that allows us to easily access and change the batteries in the future due to the position of the door handle. I’m satisfied with both the service and the installation.

Went to the ubi showroom for viewing. Denson/Darren from Ubi showroom have been very detailed in the explanation and replied to every queries that we posted to them. After feeling satisfied, went ahead to deal the locks that were eligible with CDC vouchers. Roy who was the installer came by himself today and installed them without much hassle. Once installed, he cleaned up the debris and explained to us how to use and configure both door and gate lock. He also helped to install the letterbox lock as well which we got as free gift. Overall, it was smooth transaction. Hope the after installation support is good as during the sales phase and the locks work without issues.

Outstanding service from start to finish by Uncle Lee. He was extremely meticulous in his work and took the time to patiently explain the process, making sure everything was done properly and to a very high standard. Not only did he lay his tools out neatly on a canvas sheet (instead of directly on the tiles), he also made sure to clean up after every step. He even carefully sawed the part of the door that was in the way and patched up the gap seamlessly, with great attention to detail. A true perfectionist with an excellent attitude throughout. The whole process took longer than expected, but he had no complaints and showed no signs of impatience. It’s clear that he has real passion for what he does, and it truly shows in the quality of his work. Really appreciate his professionalism, skill, and dedication to his craft. Thank you, Uncle Lee!
