About Ecraft Florist
Ecraft Florist is a floral services provider based at KINEX, Tanjong Katong, offering islandwide coverage across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. Their Google rating stands at 3.9 out of 5 across 29 reviews — a moderate sample that offers some directional signal, though worth reading individual reviews before committing.
Enquiries typically begin with a consultation on event date, venue, and floral style — whether that is bridal bouquets and ceremony arrangements, table centrepieces, floral arches, or corsages and buttonholes. Lead time matters for floristry: bridal and solemnisation work is best booked 2–4 weeks ahead at minimum, while elaborate wedding and event installs benefit from 2–3 months' notice to allow for design confirmation, flower sourcing, and a site recce if required. Confirm what the quoted package covers — stems, vase or vessel hire, delivery and setup at the venue, teardown, and any travel surcharge for locations outside the central and east regions. For outdoor or garden setups, ask about a wet-weather contingency plan.
To get started, reach Ecraft Florist by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, sharing your event date, venue, approximate headcount, and any reference images — then confirm the full package scope, balance payment schedule, and setup window in writing before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Fantastic flowers! Showed them a photo that I wanted and told them to make the bouquet bigger! When I get the end result! It looks even better than the photo I showed them! Kudos
Interesting concept by Far East Floral. Enjoyed the experience the way they organise their flooring and flowers offering. Cafe concept nice simple and the food is delicious. Lunch comes with a drink bandaberg at $15 only. Their bread spread has unique flavours and second piece is only $1!!! Got a free ice cream too w $20 purchase. Bought a bouquet $38 for graduation ceremony today. Parking is free for first 2 hours. All is good. I am referring to Clementi far east floral building
Last minute purchase of some artificial flowers on a Saturday night for Sunday morning use. I call up and was greeted by a friendly young men's voice. At the shop, a helpful younger did a great job in helping me selecting the flowers. Keep it up!
Extremely disappointing and terrible experience. I wanted flowers for a birthday and I call them if they keep those flowers. First they tell me they have the flowers I wanted and have reserved them for me and I can come down to collect them. 2 hours later they call me to tell me that another colleague has sold them so they are no more available. Then on Saturday she calls me to say, they have bought the flowers for me and I can come to collect them now- seriously!!!! I wanted them on Thursday and now without asking me they ordered flowers and now are demanding me to pay for something I never asked for. I asked for flowers on Thursday not Saturday. The event was Thursday.. the woman behaved extremely unprofessionally and I honestly don’t recommend this shop.
Quite lively plants and wide range of collection including indoor plants

Ecraft Florist operates on a package pricing model, and exact figures depend on the scope of the brief. For context, Singapore floral market norms run roughly S$200–600 for a bridal bouquet and bridesmaid set, S$300–900 for ceremony arch or backdrop arrangements, S$80–250 per table centrepiece, and S$150–500 for solemnisation or event floral styling. Full wedding floral packages covering bouquets, ceremony, and reception can run S$1,500–5,000+. Itemise the quote carefully: flower varieties and stem count, any vessel or vase hire, delivery and setup at the venue, teardown if required, and a travel surcharge for locations beyond the east or central regions. Deposits typically run 30–50% on signing, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For bridal bouquets and straightforward event arrangements, a 2–4 week lead time is generally workable outside peak season. For full wedding floral — ceremony arch, reception centrepieces, corsages, and car decoration — aim for 2–3 months ahead, and longer if your wedding falls on a peak Saturday in March, April, October, or November, when florists' order books fill quickly. For solemnisations and smaller celebrations, 1–2 weeks is often sufficient if the design brief is simple. Confirm the cut-off date for finalising flower varieties, as perishable sourcing requires advance ordering. Ask whether a site recce is included for larger installs, and clarify the setup arrival window relative to your event start time.
A deposit — typically 30–50% of the total package — secures your event date and covers the florist's planning and sourcing work. Confirm in writing what the deposit includes: date hold, design consultation, any sample arrangement, and flower pre-ordering. Deposits in the Singapore floristry industry are generally non-refundable on cancellation but may be transferable to a revised event date, subject to availability. For rescheduling due to force-majeure circumstances, ask about the policy upfront. Also confirm whether the balance is due before or on the delivery date, and put the full package inclusions, setup window, and teardown arrangement in writing before paying. Ask about public liability insurance if any installation is at an HDB void deck or condo venue that requires vendor documentation.
