About Edencare Ltd

About Edencare Ltd

Edencare Ltd offers senior daycare services across Singapore, operating from its centre at Sim Lim Square on Rochor Canal Road. The provider has been verified by KakiList and is registered with ACRA. With only 5 Google reviews at a rating of 1.8 out of 5, the sample is too small and too recent to draw reliable conclusions — prospective families should treat this signal with considerable caution and conduct their own due diligence before proceeding.

When considering senior daycare for a loved one, the starting point is a care assessment covering mobility, medical conditions, cognitive status, and the number of hours of supervised care required each day. Families should clarify whether the service covers personal care, social and recreational activities, or clinical support such as physiotherapy or nursing. It is worth confirming whether a trial period is available so the elder can settle in gradually, how the centre handles emergencies or sudden health changes during the day, and what the transport arrangement is for getting to and from the centre each morning and afternoon. Bringing all relevant family decision-makers into that first conversation helps avoid misaligned expectations later.

To take the next step, contact Edencare Ltd directly by phone to request a centre visit, discuss your relative's specific care needs, and ask for the full fee schedule and care plan terms in writing before making any commitment. Listing data is incomplete — contact Edencare Ltd directly to confirm details.

I recently visited this shop at Sim Lim Square to replace my MacBook battery after being advised by Apple that my original battery needed replacement. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and my laptop is now performing significantly worse than before. After the first battery replacement, I immediately noticed severe issues where the battery drained unusually fast, the laptop became very hot within minutes of use, and the fan was constantly running at maximum speed. The overall system performance also deteriorated; everything felt laggy and unstable. When I returned to the shop to raise my concerns, I was told that the battery might have come from a problematic batch. Instead of offering a refund, they offered to replace it again with a new battery from a different supplier. I appreciated the gesture and decided to give them another chance. However, the replacement made things even worse. The battery now drains from 100% to 0% within an hour of light usage, and the heating issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable, especially for what was supposed to be a brand new replacement battery. At this stage, I strongly suspect that either low-quality components were used or that something else inside my MacBook was damaged during the repair process. When I tried to discuss this possibility, the staff appeared dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. What was meant to be a straightforward battery replacement has now turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and quality assurance. If you value your device, I would strongly advise taking your repairs elsewhere, ideally to an authorized service provider.

I bought iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB on 8th July 2025. Price was reasonable at $930, and came with 1 month warranty. Initially I felt the battery drained faster than usual despite being at 100% health. However, after I consulted Apple service and was taught tips to reduce the drain, the battery health improved drastically. Overall, after a month of usage, im satisfied with it. Thank you.

They are so bad I gave them an iPad Pro for screen replacement — it had a minor crack , they opened it up and realised they don’t have the parts to repair it and broke my touch screen as well. They simply called me to tell touch screen is not working. Did not look apologetic, told me I can use iPad with a keyboard and mouse now :) 2000$ down the drain 🙂

Very bad experienced. I gave them my Iphone 11 to replace display that time they offer 50$ and 80$ options. So I told them to go with 80$ with 10$ discount so they agreed and repair but quality of the display not good and it's really bad. I told them it's not good but then they told it's this much if you need quality one, you have to go 100$ one. I'm speechless. Then I went to that because I have no option because they not return money .This is really bad impression on Singapore market. I'm feel really bad about their service. Before he off me only two options. But after that he having another option and it's original. If it's original error message not coming on display. Thanks 🙏

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Edencare Ltd charge?

Edencare Ltd has not published detailed pricing, and its current fee structure should be requested directly by phone. As a general reference for senior daycare in Singapore, day-programme fees typically run S$80–150 per day, while live-in or residential care arrangements involve separate agency fees, caregiver salaries, public holiday surcharges, and MOM levy and insurance costs where applicable. For daycare specifically, confirm what is included in the daily rate — meals, transport, personal care, therapy sessions — and whether there is a registration or assessment fee payable upfront. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →

Live-in or visit-based — which does Edencare Ltd offer?

Edencare Ltd is listed under senior daycare, which is a structured day-programme model rather than a live-in or home-visit arrangement. The elder typically attends the centre during daytime hours and returns home each evening, making it suitable for families who are present in the evenings but need supervised care and social engagement during working hours. Before enrolling, confirm the centre's operating hours, what happens if a family member cannot collect on time, whether a trial period is available, and what the process is if the programme is not a good fit for the elder's personality or medical needs. A replacement or exit clause should be established in writing at the outset.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

Edencare Ltd does not currently list any regulatory licences on its KakiList profile. For eldercare providers in Singapore, AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) registration or MOH registration is expected where clinical or nursing care is delivered. Families should ask directly whether staff hold any formal caregiving or nursing qualifications, whether dementia-specific training has been completed, and what insurance arrangements are in place covering caregiver injury or incidents involving clients during the day programme. Given the absence of listed licences and the low review rating across a very small sample, it is particularly important to visit the centre in person, meet the care team, and request documentation of staff credentials and insurance before proceeding.
