When you make contact, it is worth asking about the daily routine, homework supervision approach, the ratio of staff to students, and what the settling-in period looks like for new enrolees. Very dedicated teachers who are always doing their best caring for the children, be it academic or recreation, they put in so much effort in making sure the kids have fun and joy – really appreciate that. Definitely worth considering if one is looking for a spacious, clean, bright and safe place for their kid’s after-school care. That being said, the playground within the centre is probably every kids’ favourite!
My girls have been going to ELA for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend it. It's a great student care. The teachers are caring, firm, fun and engaging. The environment is clean and spacious, and they balance school work with non-academic activities like mindfulness, cooking, STEM, games so the children are happy learners. The teachers genuinely take good care of the students and their well-being here.
My child enjoys going to ELA and is often seen skipping out at the end of day. Apart from homework and assignments done, there are additional activities and staff even go above and beyond trying to encourage him to make friends / positive behaviour. Lots of holiday activities help provide our kid with the extra exposure that would have otherwise taken our extra time, really a great help to busy parents..
Transferred my child over to Edventure Learning Academy (ELA) from another student care (with multiple franchises) and my child has been happy ever since he joined. He often brought home the interesting craftwork they did in ELA and shared his experience of cookery sessions, where he get to prepare food such as bread with jam, mee soto. My child enjoyed the hands-on opportunity to prepare food on his own and he gets to try out variety of food (such as mee soto) during the cookery sessions. I liked that ELA provides a holistic environment for the children to have wellness activities such as cookery, movement activities in gym and craftwork which is good for the children’s mental and physical well-being to de-stress. ELA teachers are also experienced and ensures the children’s well-being through frequent water parades so that children are hydrated and also checks to ensure homework is completed, which is a relief for parents. Spelling practice is also diligently carried out by the teachers so that my child is well-prepared before spelling day. The teachers guides children on the right behaviour (such as not to say rude words to peers or be playful until they may hurt themselves unknowingly) which I appreciate it. I liked that they also have kidspreneurship for the upper primary to encourage the children to be creative in planning their own “business plan” and be more outspoken to promote their own craftwork. I would recommend ELA to parents who are looking for a student care that provides variety of activities for your child besides just ensuring their homework and spelling is done, under the care of experienced teachers who can give you assurance your child is well taken care of.
My children have been attending ELA for about a year now. I’m thankful that the team at ELA has been nurturing and friendly, while being strict when needed. The wide variety of programmes are also a plus, keeping the children engaged in purposeful learning after completing their homework. Please keep up the good work, and big thanks for caring for the children!

Edventure Learning Academy uses a monthly recurring fee structure, which is standard for student care centres in Singapore. Beyond the monthly programme fee, you should ask about a one-off registration fee and a deposit — typically equivalent to one to two months' fees — payable when you secure the enrolment. Some centres also charge for uniforms, insurance, and consumable materials, so confirm these line items in writing before signing. Childcare and student care fees are GST-exempt, so the quoted monthly figure should be what you pay. Contact Edventure Learning Academy directly for their current fee schedule, as rates can vary by age group and programme hours. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed student care centres may be eligible for government subsidies. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$300 per month for childcare, while the Additional Subsidy is income-tested and can bring total combined support higher for lower-income households. The Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy is available when the mother is employed for 56 or more hours per month. Permanent resident children may qualify for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so it is important to check directly with ECDA for the most current figures and to confirm whether Edventure Learning Academy's programme qualifies for subsidy claims. Your child's citizenship status and your household income will determine what you can access.
Student care places at popular centres can fill up quickly, particularly for the January intake, which is the main start-of-school-year enrolment period. For well-regarded centres, families commonly enquire three to six months in advance, and in some cases earlier, to avoid missing out. To secure a place at Edventure Learning Academy, contact the centre as early as possible to check current availability for your child's school level and intended start month. If a slot is available, you will typically be asked to pay a registration fee and deposit to confirm the enrolment. Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to get an accurate picture of current waitlist status.
