Avoid this company. We have been facing ongoing issues with the EIGEN KIGO chargers at our condominium for the past year, resulting in frequent downtime and unreliable service. What is most frustrating is their unprofessional and slow support. Whenever we report a fault, their staff immediately accuses us of tampering with the device, which is completely false. The problem lies with their system and staff, yet after a year, these issues remain unsolved. Their firmware is intermittently unstable which caused the EV charger to hang, need to do power reset to get it to work for a while. On multiple occasions they didn’t check properly and gave us incorrect information and bad recommendation. They lack of understanding about the issues. They need to significantly improve their attitude, communication, and work performance before anyone considers using them. I have plenty of evidence to back up my experience."
