Poor service experience. I was recommended to ETP by my banker for my completion, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very poor choice. I’m not sure if it’s due to a lack of manpower or simply a lack of concern because my case was relatively small, but the level of service was disappointing. At every stage, whenever we had questions, responses were either extremely slow or non-existent. We repeatedly had to chase them via email and WhatsApp just to receive brief replies. There was little to no proactive follow-up on our enquiries, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. Considering that we are paying for professional legal services, this is far below what I expected. Based on this experience, I would not choose to engage this firm again.
