Facebook post: An incident happened today that really angered me! I want to let everyone know about this incident at the Evengel Student Care Centre, Sembawang branch. My child, while playing, bumped into the door railing and injured his head. The teacher in charge didn't call my parents in time. My oldest son wanted to call me, but one of the teachers stopped him. The teacher washed the blood off with water and then simply covered his head with plaster. My child said another teacher was laughing at him. When my father went to pick up my children at 6:30 pm (about 10 to 15 minutes later), he saw the situation and asked the teacher. The teacher told my father to ask his grandson! I am very dissatisfied with the student care teacher's response and their behavior! First: Did student care have any safety measures in place? Would plastering such a serious wound damage the wound? Second: Should parents be notified after an animal release accident? This isn't just a minor incident; it's a deep wound. Not only did they not say anything, they didn't even call my child. Third, is this the right attitude to respond to parents/guardians? My child was injured, and the student care teachers not only didn't take action but also didn't explain! How can I feel safe and secure in my child's care? Furthermore, the teachers yelled at the children and showed absolutely no compassion for their children. Without the director, they acted tyrannically. They even called the parents of naughty students and asked them to withdraw them. Their excuse was that they were short-staffed in the student care department and only accepted obedient students. They used various tactics to get parents who were dissatisfied with the teachers to withdraw their children. The children disliked this teacher, and some called her "Demon Teacher." How long can a student care teacher without love or responsibility stay in this position? Is their head office aware of this serious matter? Please share this post to let more people know about their misdeeds! Thank you! Important: Parents considering enrolling their children in Sembawang Evangel Student Care should think carefully.
