The auntie doctor keep on talking and talking and talking and talking and talking non stop. I am feeling very unwell and wish to go home asap to rest, haven't even eaten breakfast, feeling very weak already. I don't understand how can she be a doctor. I didn't pay to have counseling session. I just want to get my illness treated and get medication at that point of time. Save your lecture for your counseling session outside of your clinic. You are a medical clinic, not counseling center, for goodness sake. And tell me there is no cure, she cannot cure my illness. I didn't asked to be totally cure, can at least give me some medication to ease the symptoms? And i was just having diarrhea and bloatedness. You don't know how to give medicine? And super expensive, just consultation fee is $50, the most expensive doctor i have seen, she is not even a specialist. I not sure is it she purposely keep on talking to drag the time, so that can charge the consultation fee to be $50. I am not there to chit chat. Won't step into the clinic again. Very unprofessional, don't wish to even mention about her dressing.

Might have legitimately been the worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of being a patient of. Went there to get a flu vaccine and the entire time the doctor was incredibly condescending and extremely unprofessional. Berating and looking down on me, saying "so you don't believe that prevention is better than cure?" because I have not been getting the vaccine annually as per advised. Even went on and said "you know there's a small percentage of you dying from getting this vaccine" and looked me dead in the eyes in silence, as if waiting for me to be mortified and beg him to not kill me I guess?? The final cherry on top was when I took off the plaster it wasn't even on the needle mark. Excuse Me? Please do NOT bother coming here at all

Absolutely terrible experience. I wonder why they survive when there are 3 way better clinic with better value steps away. Went for a normal flu vaccinations and clerk didn’t say consultation charges was included in the quoted price. Lee clinic upstairs charges $40 nett for flu vaccine. The worst thing was the doctor decided to let us wait 45 min while entertaining a pharma saleswoman and when we decided to leave, doctor ask my wife to wait in a corner, came and took a grand total of 2 min and gave the jab and charges $30 for 2 min of her time. There should be some consumer protection on such practices. Happen today 27 June 2020

The only good thing about this clinic is that the queue usually isn't long compared to the other clinics in the neighborhood. I believe there is a good reason why the clinic isn't as popular, as I realize I don't have good vibes with the doctor here (Dr. Jonathan Phang). He displays an egoistic attitude and has a tendency to push sell flu vaccines (not the first time). I was also shocked when he advised me to take steroids everyday for a symptom I had, and when I questioned him he said "it's the safest form of steroids". Lastly, their counter staff does a lousy job, the medications aren't labelled appropriately. I asked the counter staff if my medication causes drowsiness and she answered "just follow the instructions on the package", and it didn't indicate drowsiness. But I did a google search and found out that it indeed caused drowsiness, and I was upset about it as it affected my performance at work. Really horrible experience and explains why their clinic looks so "free" most of the times, I would go back to One Medical Clinic a few metres away any time, it was unlucky that their registration was already closed at 6 pm plus on this particular day.

Lousy service..doctor keep on promoting to take flu vaccine,even though i just kept quiet. Told the doctor, that i have sorethroat,but did't even bother to check my throat. After consultation,doctor just left me at the room with no further instructions. Had to go to front reception myself. Not gonna visit this clinic again.
