It's hard to feel like the unlucky one among the users here who highly praised the service. Even the other 1 Star reviewer I've read at least had a driver to assist despite the bad experience. Maybe I performed it differently from others? I booked my slot a month in advance, through their website instead of their app. I got no updates nor confirmation, and my booking status remained as "Pending" all the way until 10 mins before my appointment time, and my booking was automatically canceled. Paying a $5 non-refundable admin fee and hearing nothing until it's too late basically left me having to improvise my moving arrangement. And if I cancel my booking I get a warning saying "If I cancel too much I will not be able to use their service in future".

GetVan saved my day. I needed to move a dozen boxes and suitcases and some equipment on short notice. It was definitely too much to fit in even a Grab six-seater. It took a couple tries, but 20 minutes after I requested a van I got a match and he arrived 20 minutes after that. The price was very reasonable, the driver was helpful, and I was able to finish the move before lunch. Thank you!

Scam. You have to pay $5 up front and if they can't find a driver for you then that's too bad. Who knows how many driver they have. Even if they have none, they still earn $5 for each customer they tricked into booking. Good reviews are super long ago - more likely irrelevant now.

First time engaging the service, I found the van clean and spacious, price reasonable, as well as service excellent. Further, Driver Snash Jay (also Director) was not only punctual, but also friendly (a "can do" attitude) and helpful (with loading/unloading items). Will engage the service again should the need arise.

The experience was very smooth from the booking up to the completion of the service. Kesavan Meyzhsagan was the one who handled my request. He was very prompt in replying to my queries. He arrived at the pickup point on time, very professional and friendly. Overall experience was excellent and will definitely use them again plus recommend them to others!
