Booked the HPV vaccine via the government portal - appointment was at 2pm (clinic opens at 2 after dr’s lunch time), however the dr only came back at 2.35pm, with several customers sitting around waiting for their turn with no updates provided. Upon questioning, receptionists appeared flustered and could only tell us that they had called the dr to urge him to return quickly. Extremely unprofessional clinic and there is also a lack of drs here - while there are 2 consult rooms, it appears there is only 1 dr on duty. This is not my first time here, and i also had to wait a long time during my previous visit, despite having an appointment. Have seen other reviews noting similar complaints about long waits. Would avoid coming here if you are short on time.

Dr David Ong is a very kind and caring doctor. He is a very experienced and very professional doctor. He further offered to pray for the healing of my chronic problem. Front desk staff Wendy is approachable and helpful. Well done! The down sides of this clinic is that the company administration is inefficient and bureaucratic. The replacement doctors are not so caring, seem to go through the motion just to clock the hours obligation. Update: from 2020-07-01 Dr Goh Shao Sheng is the resident doctor in this clinic.
