Highly recommend this company for moving ! Had a great experience dealing with Faith for my house moving last month. They were very efficient and completed the entire move within an hour. Reasonable pricing as well. More importantly, they were super gentle and mindful of the handling of our boxes, regardless of whether it was fragile or not. They were also proactively wrapping my loose items in cling wrap. Something very commendable I observed was that they even removed their shoes when stepping into my house and I really appreciate this a lot. I have recommended to my friends & neighbour and all have positive feedback as well. Would definitely use their service again for future.

Very unprofessional, rude and irresponsible movers. They didn’t help to remove all wrapped furniture before leaving. I had to ask them to remove then they complied which I greatly regretted. Reason being while they forcefully removed the wrapped on my massage chair, one of the movers exactly hit the right side of my massage chair sound bar corner and knocked it off the massage chair. I saw it with my own eyes. One part of the inner part even broke and landed on my bedroom floor. When I questioned them why they didn’t handle with much care, both covered each other and said it can be fixed back and the mover didn’t hit it off from the massage chair. The lady coordinator walked into my room when she heard some commotions in my bedroom. She came into the picture and added they didn’t check my massage chair condition before moving. I was really appalled by their “can’t be bothered” attitude. They didn’t apologise or showed remorseful feeling for the damaged. The last coordinator WhatsApp me to make payment for the agreed amount. I shared with her my unhappiness experience with the movers and she only reduced $50. She didn’t apologised to me at all. What a good “Faith” your Faith Mover Company gave to your customer. I will only engage your company this time round. Will not recommend your company to anyone I know.
