About Fajr International Singapore
Fajr International Singapore is a baby celebrations specialist operating islandwide from its base at 10 Ubi Crescent. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the provider holds a 4.9-star rating across 356 Google reviews — a robust sample that points to consistent customer satisfaction. Pricing sits at the mid-range tier ($$) and is structured around packages rather than à la carte.
Engaging a baby celebrations vendor typically begins with reaching out via WhatsApp or phone to discuss the event date, venue, and scope — whether that is a full-month (满月), 100-day, or baby shower celebration. From there, a theme or style consultation leads to a package proposal covering the specific combination of services required, such as decor, balloon installations, photography, or party favours. Confirm the headcount and venue type early, as setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or private homes each carry different logistics and lead times. Ask about setup and teardown windows, as these are often outside the event slot itself, and raise any halal requirements for mixed-faith guest lists, including alternatives to red eggs or traditional ang ku kueh where needed. A deposit — typically 30 to 50 per cent — is paid on signing to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event.
Contact Fajr International Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your preferred event date, venue, and a brief description of the scope to receive a package proposal and confirm availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I was so worried if I can really attend this with not much knowledge. But I am so glad that the theory and practical was so helpful and easy. I hope to join more classes from Al Fajr. It is so easy to understand and follow. Thank you for providing such knowledgeable class.
Alhamdulillah. Very informative but half the time the Ustaz have to answer questions about basics of solat as a makmum which I feel should be a prerequisite before coming to a Bilal & Imam course. Alhamdulillah I still gained and got to refresh my knowledge but I hope future courses will be more focused on the topic.
Kursus Fiqh Imam & Bilal, a simple and informative course for those seeking to improve their knowledge and be a step closer to Allah always. Ustaz Muslim was lively and engaging throughout.
I am here for imam and bilal course. Great experience and alot of knowledge gained in a short 4 hour course. Would love to come back for other short courses.
Masya Allah a very good course. Very informative and easy to understand. Great sharings with humble staffs. Affordable pricing as well.

Fajr International Singapore uses a package-based pricing model. For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations in Singapore, packages typically range from S$300 to S$2,000 depending on the scope — covering combinations of decor, balloon installations, party favours, photography, or full event coordination. The deposit is usually 30 to 50 per cent of the total package price on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm what is included in the quoted package versus what is billed separately, such as travel to non-central venues, additional setup hours, or extended teardown time. GST should also be clarified upfront. See the full Baby Celebrations cost guide for Singapore →
For baby full-month and 100-day celebrations, most in-demand vendors book out six to twelve weeks in advance, especially for popular weekend slots. As your baby's full-month date is fixed from birth, it is advisable to reach out as soon as the due date is confirmed — or immediately after birth if the event is within four weeks. Saturdays fill fastest, particularly if you require a specific venue type such as a condo function room or a HDB void deck that may need advance booking through the estate management. Confirm whether the date is formally held with a deposit at the time of booking, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of unforeseen circumstances such as the mother's or baby's health on the event day.
The standard deposit of 30 to 50 per cent secures your event date and typically covers planning time, initial consultations, and any pre-production work such as custom decorations or printed materials. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether it is refundable if you cancel, and whether it is transferable to a new date if the event needs to be rescheduled. Also ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the setup involves balloon installations or decor at an HDB void deck or condo function room, as some venues require a copy of the vendor's insurance certificate before permitting setup. Put the balance payment schedule, deliverables list, and any venue-specific logistics in writing before signing.
