Put up a notification stated that to scan and the staff will assist for those who tested covid positive. After 1 1/2 hours, I approached the clinic staff before they close the clinic and was told no more barcode scanning require to see Doctor and the clinic going to close now and I was told to come back at 7pm if needed. Staff not helpful at all despite knowing me waiting outside the clinic since 1130am -1240pm. And pls, if barcode scanning not longer require pls remove to prevent other people wasting their time to wait. Thank you

You may get your appointment changed at last minute, so do not consider this clinic. Never seen such bad service. Informed me to change appointment without any apologies, when it is hard to find a slot in other clinic at my planned time. The staff keep saying they already called me to inform, like it's something good. And told me many ppl cancelled appointments today(???), i said so what, she just hang up the phone. Context: booked an appointment of vaccination, and have my day and the next day properly arranged based on this appointment. But the staff called me less than 3 hours before the appointment, told me the doctor is not around until 30mins after my reservation time. I must push all my plans.

Our family has been with Dr Loh for years ! Highly recommend ! True to his clinic's name FAMILY, he attends to us like we are his family. So caring, detailed, patient and assuring ! We always choose him out of so many clinics ! Last nite Dr Loh was not on duty and both my big kids are down with vomiting, diarrhea etc we were attended by Dr A M Pan instead and she is so nice too ! So patient, caring, detailed and assuring and helpful. She gave us a lot of advices and what food to avoid and eat and helped us with MC, memo as well as University's form to fill as its exam time and both are having finals. It's a lot of extra paper work but we are so grateful that she helped us wholeheartedly. It's like she feels for my big kids w exam stress and so much discomfort and felt so weak w all the vomiting, pain, diarrhea and could not eat for so long. Last but not least, Jaz, part time nurse/admin. She was so helpful, cheery and even shared with us a form to fill that university will require for doctor to sign as its exam time. She helped us to print copies for both to fill and got Dr Pan to sign, we weren't aware of the form too. KUDOS to Dr Loh, Dr Pan & Jaz, you guys are amazing and thank you ! It's not easy dealing with inpatatient, rude, long winded guests sometimes but your professionalism shines through ! Huge thank you from Lim Family
