I had a great experience with Family Relocation. My job was an office move (of books and other printed matters up to 55 boxes). But my original mover went into financial difficulties and I had to engage Family Relocation at the very last minute - literally on the day when the SG storage house got into touch with me to inform the expiry of storage of my 55 boxes! Bridget from Family Relocation was superbly efficient in taking over the shipment and had it collected on the same day and sent out within the next several days. At the end, I took delivery within 3 weeks (instead of 3.5 months' wait with the original mover!). All good work and thanks so much to Family Relocation. I had to move a few boxes from Singapore to Canada and I must say that Family Relo did a great job in planning my move. Our move manager Noel explained in detail the various requirements I needed to take note of and guided me through the process. The packing team was friendly and meticulous in making sure my items are packed delicately. All in all, a stress free experience, thank you Family Relo!

Had an HORRID EXPERIENCE after engaging Family Relo for a movement from Singapore to India. They were very charming and promised to cater to all my needs (DO NOT be fooled!). Gave a very competitive quote after a survey and I went with them. After packing, even though I didn't change the contents showed in the survey, they said that the Volume has increased by a whopping 50-60 % and asked me for an amount which was larger than the Quote of the best reputed movers in Singapore. If I knew, I would have gone with the other in the first place. After paying since I didn't have a choice at that point, they became uncontactable and stopped answering my calls/emails. They partnered with some company in India who contacted me and made me wait for 1 month before delivering my shipment. They were never clear on the date and kept pushing every week. When the cargo came, it seemed they just allocated some labour who were not trained or capable to unload the goods, they damaged some of the paint in the house, refused to assemble things that were disassembled by the Singapore team. They unpacked the boxes and just dumped things everywhere & left everything dirty. All in all a HORRID experience, definitely not worth a single dollar! Even if they are the only company available, BEWARE !

Beware - they are only responsive and communicative prior to the move and receiving full payment. They are unresponsive when contacted about damaged or missing items.
