Great place that offers an extensive variety of plants and flowers. I mostly spent time in the flowers area, but the place is huge and you can spend hours checking everything out. The flowers were fresh and affordable, and so much to choose from. They also sell ribbons and wrappers so if you plan to make a bouquet, you can buy it all from here. It’s also nice that they have an area for arranging the bouquet, complete with tools. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful too. Far East Flora Centre is a one stop shop where you can purchase all of your plant needs!

Lovely place to look for plants for your garden. Level 9 for outdoor plants has beautiful collection of bonsai too. Lots of plants for lunar new year display. Plenty of car parks. Enjoyed my trip and love my value for money purchases here. 10% discount for members.

Extremely disappointing experience! I purchased 4 blue orchids, bought a vase, had the staff repot them. That cost me close to $200. By the second day after bringing it home, I noticed water dripping from the leaves and the leaves started dying one by one. On the fourth day, I removed the orchids from the pot to investigate and discovered the moss the plant was sitting in was completely soaked, so saturated that I could squeeze water out of it with one hand. Most of the roots were already rotten. I tried to salvage the plant myself by cutting off the affected roots, removing the soaking moss, and air-drying the orchids before repotting. Unfortunately, over the next few days, more leaves continued to die and even the young buds started dropping. As we were approaching Chinese New Year, I didn’t want a dying plant in the house, so I brought it back to the shop to ask if anything could be done. To my shock, the staff (same guy who first repotted my orchids) told me it’s β€œnormal” for orchids to last about a month and that since it had already been over a week, it wasn’t surprising that it was dying. I explained clearly that the issue was water damage and root rot due to overly soaked moss. The staff then repotted the plant, removed all the moss, and replaced it with leca balls and stones but also mentioned that rotting roots are fine as long as the flowers aren’t dead. That explanation made little sense to me. It has now been two days since the repotting, and more flowers have started to die. For a plant that cost nearly $200, this level of quality and after sales response is extremely disappointing. This has honestly been my worst experience with any florist. I would not recommend purchasing orchids from here.

Big multistorey building to get all your gardening needs and there's even a fresh fruit section. There's also a cafe restaurant on the ground floor with coffee/tea starting from 50 cents. Free 2-hour parking if you spend more than $10.
