About Fav Florist Singapore

Enquiries typically begin via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, where you can share the occasion, preferred colour palette, bloom types, and any venue or size constraints. Floral lead times vary by scope — bridal bouquets and ceremony arrangements are best booked 2–4 weeks ahead, while bespoke installations or large-scale event florals benefit from 4–8 weeks to allow for sourcing and design consultation. Delivery and setup windows, travel charges for non-central venues, and whether setup and teardown are included in the quoted price are worth confirming before you commit. If the arrangement is for an outdoor ceremony or HDB void deck setup, ask about a wet-weather contingency.
To take the next step, reach out via WhatsApp with your event date, venue, and a rough brief — a photo reference or mood board helps narrow the quote quickly.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Quick shoutout to them; ordered a simple bouquet for my gf for VDay. Delivery on 13/2 went without a hitch. And the flowers were pretty good. The second (darker) pic showed the same bouquet still holding up well in her living room on Sunday (22/2). Many thanks to them for a smooth experience. 🙏 ps: she likes the bouquet.
I ordered a Valentine’s Day bouquet from Fav Florist and it was absolutely perfect. The roses were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged — it honestly looked even better than the photos online. The wrapping and presentation felt premium, which made the surprise even more special. Delivery was punctual (even during the Valentine’s rush!) and everything arrived in flawless condition. It really took the stress out of planning and allowed me to focus on the moment. Highly recommend Fav Florist if you want to impress your partner and make Valentine’s Day extra memorable. Will definitely be back next year!
Ordered this gorgeous bouquet and the item was as described, on time delivery and fresh roses wrapped nicely 🌹✨
Thank you to Fav Florist's awesome team for the fresh and gorgeous bouquets! Bought 2 bouquets for 2 mothers for Mother's Day and they were both delivered on time! The seller was very responsive through WhatsApp. I managed to redeem the discount voucher and also got status updates with photos. 10 out of 10 products and customer service!
Bought the preserved flower dome for a gift and gotten one where the lights were not working. Contacted through the whatsapp channel and gotten slow responses. The only option given was to bring in to the store for an exchange. Seek for other options and have gotten no replies since more than a day ago. Flowers and the dome is nice but unfortunately disappointed to have gotten a faulty item for an important gift and shop seems like they do not want to handle the issue.

Floral pricing in Singapore varies considerably by scope. Bridal bouquets typically run S$150–450, bridesmaids' bouquets S$80–180 each, and corsages S$30–80. Ceremony arch and aisle installations range from S$400 for a simple setup to S$2,000–5,000+ for large floral arches with premium blooms. Table centrepieces run S$80–300 per arrangement depending on size and flower choice. Everyday gifting bouquets typically start around S$60–150. Confirm whether the quoted price covers delivery and setup, a setup and teardown window at the venue, and any travel surcharge for non-central addresses. Deposits are typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due closer to the event date. See the full Floral cost guide for Singapore →
Lead time depends heavily on the occasion. For bridal bouquets and wedding ceremony florals, 2–4 weeks is the minimum recommended window, though popular Saturdays in peak wedding season — March, April, October, and November — can book out 6–12 weeks ahead. Bespoke installations and large-scale event florals benefit from 4–8 weeks to allow for bloom sourcing, design sign-off, and logistical planning. For everyday gifting, birthday, or condolence arrangements, 3–7 days is usually sufficient, with same-day options sometimes available for simpler designs subject to availability and a surcharge. Confirm whether the booking date is secured by a deposit, and ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the setup is outdoors.
The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date and begin sourcing. This typically covers the designer's time for concept development, bloom ordering, and date reservation. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date should your event change. For event installations, the balance is generally due 1–2 weeks before setup. Cancellations close to the event date usually forfeit the deposit because blooms have already been ordered. Rescheduling is typically accommodated within a reasonable window without additional penalty, though popular weekend dates may carry a swap fee. Ask about public liability insurance if the setup is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue — some venues require a copy of the florist's certificate before allowing installation.
