Such a positive 5-Star experience starting with Felix/CM Relocations in Singapore all the way thru to their partners Grace Removals in Melbourne. Totally seamless and confidence inspiring. Received my shipment safe and intact. They kept me regularly updated on progress, and what to expect next, leaving me with the comfort that everything was under control. I unfortunately ended up using this company for a relocation from Singapore to Colombo. The information that was provided to me by the sales person Noel was completely wrong and I was mislead. When confronted they kept avoiding and referring to the contract. The coordinator Maureen was very good who also confirmed the same details that was given to me but when I mentioned that to the sales person she was taken off the case. I was told there was no duty required only to find out that I had to pay for that in addition to Store charges as they had gotten the shipment wrong. When asked to make a formal complaint I never heard back on a complaint policy or a procedure to follow. Very disappointed. The packers from CM Relocation were fantastic I believe they had been subcontracted for this.

My husband and I moved from Calgary, Canada to Singapore back in 2018. We weren’t aware Felix Relocation was the sister company to the Canadian moving company we used. We ended up using Felix Relocations again when returning from Singapore to Calgary, Canada. Both experiences have been very positive. The shipment quote was speedy and one of the most competitive quotes we received. We left Singapore at the end of May 2021. The shipment left Singapore sometime in June 2021. We were quoted to have the shipment at the beginning of August. We never received the shipment until end of Sept 2021. Our shipment faced a very long delay because of the both Covid and the canal incident. Most shipments faced delays so it was not the fault of this company at all. The shipment itself arrived in very good condition. Our TV was unfortunately damaged via shipment but it was a risk we knew we were taking. We had decided last minute to discard some of our items due to overcapacity (my fault for wanting to ship everything back). In one of the discarded boxes included our bed frame legs. Arvin took initiative to find our bed frame legs and have returned it back to us via DHL. Arvin and his team have gone above and beyond to make the experience as positive as possible in times of shipment delays. Thank you, Arvin and Felix Relocation Singapore!

I used Felix Relocation for our relocation from Singapore to Thailand. Due to our circumstances, we were not sure of which city (Bangkok or Chiang Mai) we were going to - but the team at Felix were very accommodating and helpful to our last minute changes. Despite all the changes from our end, everything went smoothly. Arvin who helped us with the process was extremely informative and always fast to respond to any questions/changes. We had contacted various companies for quotes and Felix gave us the best quote - and a full breakdown of costs. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Avoid this company at all costs. Job was simple...move entire house. Quote was significantly under-estimated, shipment took 1 month and 12 days for a 15 dat transit time, shipment was split over 2 containers and they weren't sent on the same ship. Many breakages in shipment due to poor packing. Worst move we have ever done. Beware extra charges are everywhere. Management totally unresponsive to concerns. You have been warned
