Engaging a florist for an event typically begins with reaching out via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, venue, and a rough idea of style and scale. Floral scope can range from a single bridal bouquet to full ceremony and reception installations — aisle arrangements, arch dressing, table centrepieces, and corsages. Lead time matters: bridal bouquets and ceremony florals are best booked 4–8 weeks ahead, though popular Saturdays in peak wedding months (March, April, October, November) often fill 3–6 months out. For baby full-month or birthday-party floral, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient for simpler arrangements. Confirm whether the quoted package covers delivery and on-site setup, teardown after the event, and a travel surcharge for venues outside the central region.
The clearest next step is to send Fleur de Jour a WhatsApp message with your event date, venue, expected guest count, and any reference images — then ask for a written package breakdown before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Fell in love with Fleurato Café’s After Eight ice cream — refreshing, creamy and perfectly minty. The chocolate bits give every scoop the best kind of crunch. A must-try!
Thank you for your friendly help during our stay, we had a brilliant private driver, so informative and tailored the trip to our preferences, even found us some real ale in Singapore. Lunch was lovely, butter chicken and lamb rogan was delicious. Great coffee too.
Rendang Lamb Biryani is something different! Even though it’s vegetarian, the spices come out so nicely, full of flavor and very satisfying. The rice is nice. With the aloo paratha on the side. Best with a hot masala tea and enjoy slowly. Really makes you want to come back again and again. Today rice I have it with Tea Mocktail wah, very refreshing.
New Floral Cafe at Orchard. The lemongrass detox tea is refreshing. The gelato ice cream are very yummy especially the Chrysanthemum Cacao Nibs and Earl Grey flavours with Canele and waffles. The ambience of the Cafe is good too. Will go visit again.
Everyday I come here for gelato, always eat 4 scoops in one bowl 😅. The gelato super tasty and creamy, really enjoy. I also like to chat with the staff, they very friendly. Even got my internal adaptor and some souvenir here also 😂.

Fleur de Jour uses a package pricing model, though specific rates are not published publicly — you will need to request a quote directly. As a general Singapore market reference, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–400, ceremony arch dressing S$600–2,500+, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, and full ceremony-plus-reception floral packages S$2,000–8,000+ depending on flower variety and installation complexity. Everyday arrangements and party florals sit at the lower end of that range. Confirm in writing what the quoted package includes: flower varieties and substitution policy if seasonal availability changes, delivery and setup fee, teardown (some florists charge separately), and a travel surcharge for non-central venues. Ask whether a deposit is required on booking and when the balance falls due. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals — bouquets, ceremony arches, aisle arrangements, and reception centrepieces — book 4–8 weeks ahead at minimum, and 3–6 months ahead if your wedding falls on a popular Saturday in March, April, October, or November, when florists' calendars fill earliest. A site recce or detailed brief call is standard before a final quote is issued for larger installations. For baby full-month, 100-day, or birthday-party florals, 1–3 weeks is usually sufficient for moderate-scale arrangements. Everyday bouquets and small party pieces can often be turned around in under a week. Confirm the booking lead time directly with Fleur de Jour, as availability shifts with the season.
Singapore florists typically require a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date and begin sourcing flowers. The balance is usually due 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation hours, and any mock-up or sample arrangement — and whether it is refundable or transferable if you need to postpone. For outdoor or partially outdoor events, ask about the wet-weather contingency: some installations can be adapted; others cannot. If the event is at an HDB void deck or condo function room, the venue may require a copy of the florist's public liability insurance certificate — confirm whether Fleur de Jour holds coverage before booking.
