Bought for $114 on 9/2 for Valentines Day, today when checked again it was $69??? Understandable increase in price due to upcoming Valentines day but on the day itself the flowers not even bloomed with such low effort flower arrangement. Honestly looks as if they just shoved the flowers in. One of the white roses completely unvisible. Backside of the flowers not even covered up. NEVER buying from this store ever again!

Happy with the service, particularly because the delivery was able to be scheduled after hours when the recipient is home although I did not select this option due to additional cost. The recipient was surprised and happy with the flowers. Very easy to order online and have a variety to choose from that suits my budget. I was also continuously provided with status updates when the order was made, when it was prepared and picked up for delivery and when it was delivered. I had a last minute request to self-collect an order in the morning. I sent a msg to them via WhatsApp and their replies were quick. I was very thankful that they accommodated my order and I was able to pick up the flowers in about 30 minutes. I placed the bouquet on my car seat and noticed that it was wet on my way home. I picked up the bouquet and saw that the bottom of the bouquet was not wrapped and the plastic bag containing water was exposed. The worst part was, water was dripping. I texted the shop and they explained that it is normal for the plastic bag to be slightly visible and they assured me that it is properly wrapped. I can flip the bouquet until the dripping is done, add tissue or paper. I was told the wrapping was done correctly. I went to another florist to check their flower bouquets and saw that all their bouquets were properly wrapped at the bottom. I sent the photo to the shop and their advice was for me to gently pull the outer covering down to cover the exposed plastic. In the end, I bought another bouquet, with the base properly wrapped and no dripping water.
