For weddings, events, or everyday arrangements, the typical starting point is reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share your event date, venue, and style references. For bridal bouquets and ceremony florals, a lead time of two to four weeks is standard; peak wedding Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book up earlier, so earlier enquiry is advisable. Discuss whether you need a full floral scope — bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' posies, buttonholes, aisle arrangements, altar or solemnisation arch, reception table centrepieces — or a more focused brief. Confirm whether the quote is package-based or à la carte, what the deposit secures, and whether site delivery and setup at the venue are included or billed separately. A travel surcharge may apply for venues outside the central region.
To move forward, contact Floral Love Singapore via WhatsApp or the online enquiry form with your event date, venue name, and a rough idea of the floral pieces required, and request an itemised written quotation before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Engaged them as my florist for my wedding solemisation table backdrop and chairs, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid wrist corsages, groom and parents boutonnieres! They checked my preferences for flowers and colour/theme, and double confirm again when the date is nearing. The arrangements and setup is perfect! I provided picture for references but left it them to design, they definitely exceeded my expectations! We were running late due to makeup delay hence couldn’t meet them at the venue to collect as discussed, but they came specially to the photoshoot location to pass us the bouquet and etc which saved us some time. Really grateful for it. Thank you so much!
Run by a nice family, the floral shop does arrangements for all kinds of occasions. The highlight would be the ability to customise the arrangements and having the flowers prepared based on what we liked. They communicated with us effectively and efficiently to make sure that the deliverables and favourable. Would definitely recommend them.
We were at Thomson Medical Centre to visit a family member and was surprised to find that the floral shop in the medical centre was closed. Fortunately, we found The Langauge of Love floral shop just across Thomson Road on Level 1 of Blk 1 Thomson Road. Dolly was ready to help us and she put together a fruit basket in less than 15 min. Thank you, Dolly!
Really happy to have engaged Love Hampers for our personal flowers on our wedding day :) Our priorities were for the flowers to be reasonably priced and I wasn't picky on the types of flowers used. When we first went to pick up the flowers, I felt a little awkward as I wasn't "feeling" the bridal bouquet (I had asked for a pop of yellow but didn't quite like how it looked in the bouquet). But Jing Xun and her mom were super kind and accommodating when I communicated this -- and were quick to make those changes for me. Super grateful for that, as I ended up loving the bouquet, along with the bridesmaids posies and other flowers we got. Photo of bridal bouquet is a cropped image, courtesy of @thegoodcitizen.sg
Very professional and dedicated! During the selection process, Jingxun patiently guided us with the moodboard and gave great recommendations. She and her family personally came down to set up the flowers for our wedding and they were lovely, even though the lighting wasn't ideal! Highly recommended!

Floral Love Singapore uses package-based pricing, with the final figure depending on the scope and number of floral pieces required. As a general Singapore market reference, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–400, bridesmaids' posies S$60–150 each, aisle arrangements S$300–800, and solemnisation arches or floral backdrops S$800–2,500+. Smaller everyday arrangements start from around S$80–200. A full wedding floral package covering bouquet, ceremony setup, and reception centrepieces can range from S$1,500 to S$8,000+ depending on flower variety and scale. Confirm what is included in any quoted package: flower varieties and seasonal substitutions, delivery and setup at the venue, breakdown and collection after the event, and whether a deposit is required on signing (typically 30–50%). Ask whether GST is included in the quoted figure. See the full Floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals, two to four months ahead is a comfortable minimum, and six months ahead is advisable if your date falls on a peak Saturday in March, April, October, or November — popular florists and dates fill up well in advance. For baby full-month celebrations, intimate solemnisations, or corporate events, four to six weeks is generally sufficient. For everyday gifting arrangements, one to two weeks gives enough lead time for custom work. When you enquire, confirm whether your specific event date is still available before discussing scope or style. A deposit typically holds the date. Ask about wet-weather or last-minute substitution policies if any portion of the setup is outdoors, and confirm the setup arrival window at the venue so the flowers are in place before guests arrive.
The Singapore industry standard for floral vendors is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the event date and cover initial procurement and design work. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, sample mock-up if offered — and what happens to it if you cancel or postpone. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date at the florist's discretion, particularly if reasonable notice is given. Confirm the rescheduling policy explicitly, as flower procurement timelines are tight and rescheduling within a fortnight of the event may incur additional costs. If the setup is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel ballroom, check whether the venue requires a copy of the florist's public liability insurance certificate and ask Floral Love Singapore whether this is available.
