About Floristique Baby

About Floristique Baby

Floristique Baby is a gifts and hampers provider based at 22 New Industrial Rd, #01-11, Singapore 536208, offering islandwide delivery. It has been verified by KakiList and carries a 4.9/5 rating across 2,393 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent customer satisfaction. Pricing is displayed at the $$ tier on a per-item basis.

When ordering, confirm the occasion (new baby, full-month, 100-day, get-well, or corporate appreciation) and the recipient's dietary requirements — particularly whether halal certification on food components is needed for Muslim recipients, or whether no-beef options are required. Customisation typically covers handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour, and branded sleeves for corporate bulk orders. Delivery slots and lead time should be confirmed at the time of order: standard in-Singapore delivery is 1–3 working days for in-stock items, while festive peaks and corporate bulk orders require more lead time. If the recipient is at an HDB lobby or condo guardhouse rather than a to-door address, confirm the drop-off arrangement in advance to avoid a failed delivery.

To place an order, reach out to Floristique Baby via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form — have the recipient's address, any dietary requirements, and your preferred delivery slot ready before you get in touch.

First time ordering from this florist, and they did not disappoint! The flowers were fresh and beautifully wrapped, just as shown in the photos. When they ran out of one color, they quickly notified me and resolved it without any fuss. My wife absolutely loved them. Will definitely be ordering again — highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful experience! The flowers were exceptionally fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care and artistry. You can really tell they use high-quality blooms. What impressed me most was the impeccable service — the team was friendly, attentive, and very professional from start to finish. They patiently understood my needs and recommended the perfect arrangement. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fresh flowers and reliable, top-notch service. Will definitely order again!

It’s not easy to find beautifully artistic standing flower arrangements or wreaths in Singapore—especially for business or funerals—at a reasonable price. I was therefore very pleased to chance upon Floristique SG last year, and since then, I’ve been ordering from them whenever the need arises. What I like most is their wooden stick flower stand, which I find absolutely brilliant, especially for outdoor settings. There was one occasion when my client even raved about how sturdy it was. I had arranged a wreath for her father’s funeral at their landed home, and during heavy rain, all the other wreaths toppled and were crumpled—except mine, which remained standing firmly without any damage. From that point on, Floristique truly became my go-to florist in Singapore. That said, I’d like to share some constructive feedback in hopes that the team will take it into consideration. On Christmas Day, I placed an order for three wreaths amounting to almost $900+ for my boss’s mum’s funeral. Because I trust and love their flower arrangements, I really wanted my boss and his family to receive them. After placing the order, I realised they were closed on a public holiday, and I nearly had an anxiety attack. Although my delivery was scheduled for Friday, 26 December (the next working morning), and I paid an additional $35 per arrangement for early delivery, I was hoping for some assurance and confirmation that my order was received. Unfortunately, despite calling and messaging via WhatsApp, there was no response at all. This made me extremely anxious, especially since it was an Indian funeral and the arrangements were only meant for one day. After a restless night, I still didn’t receive any response until just before 8am the next morning, when they finally confirmed and assured me that my order was in place. While Floristique consistently delivers excellent products and generally good service, I do hope they can improve on their logistics and communication—especially for online orders. Since their website still accepts orders during public holidays, it would be very helpful if they could at least monitor their WhatsApp for public holiday orders, or clearly indicate on the website that they are closed on PH while assuring customers that orders placed during PH for the next working day will still be accepted and confirmed. Overall, I still highly recommend Floristique for their beautiful and well-crafted floral arrangements.

I ordered this bouquet from Floristique for my wife’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The pink tulips were incredibly fresh and the arrangement with the baby's breath looked so elegant and delicate. My wife was thrilled and it really made her day special! The quality of the flowers and the beautiful wrapping show great attention to detail. Highly recommend them if you want to impress someone you love!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Floristique Baby charge?

Floristique Baby prices hampers on a per-item basis at the $$ tier. Singapore market norms for gift hampers run S$80–250 for everyday and new-baby occasions, S$200–500 for premium festive or corporate ranges, and S$500–1,500+ for luxury or large gift-and-flower combinations. Corporate bulk orders typically require a minimum quantity and attract a per-unit discount. Confirm exactly what is included in the quoted price — hamper contents, packaging and presentation, a card or ribbon — and whether a delivery fee applies. Delivery within Singapore is typically S$10–25 per address, with free delivery above a stated order threshold. A peak-season surcharge may apply during festive periods such as Chinese New Year or Christmas. GST applies where relevant. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →

What dietary and customisation options does Floristique Baby offer?

For recipients with dietary requirements, the key question is whether food components carry a MUIS halal certificate — a certificate showing a licence number and validity dates. 'No pork no lard' without MUIS certification does not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal, so confirm this directly with Floristique Baby before ordering for Muslim recipients. Hindu recipients typically require no-beef options. Customisation usually covers printed or handwritten card messages, ribbon colour, branded sleeves or logo packaging for corporate orders, and item substitutions within a price band. Confirm the minimum lead time for customised hampers — typically 3–5 working days, longer if printed branding is involved — and ask what happens if a specific item is out of stock closer to delivery. Contact Floristique Baby via WhatsApp or phone to discuss options before placing your order.

What's the delivery lead time and cancellation policy at Floristique Baby?

For in-stock hampers, standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 1–3 working days. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge (typically S$25–50 extra) for orders placed before a stated cut-off time, subject to slot availability. During festive peaks such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Christmas, 5–10 working days of lead time is advisable, and order windows may close 3–5 days before the festive date. Corporate bulk orders generally need 7–14 days. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), the protocol if the recipient is unavailable — re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or neighbour drop — and the cancellation and refund policy. Most retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a refund. Have the recipient's full address and contact number ready when booking, as this speeds up resolution if a delivery attempt is missed.
