For occasions such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, new baby celebrations, corporate appreciation, or get-well gifting, enquire by specifying the recipient's dietary requirements — particularly halal certification needs for Muslim recipients, no-beef for Hindu recipients, or vegetarian options — alongside your preferred delivery date and any customisation such as a printed card message, ribbon colour, or branded sleeve for corporate bulk orders. Confirm the contents' shelf life for any perishable items, the delivery slot available for the recipient's address type (HDB lobby, condo guardhouse, or to-door), and the lead time required, which typically runs one to three working days for in-stock items but five to ten working days during festive peak periods. For corporate bulk orders requiring split delivery to multiple addresses, confirm the minimum order quantity and central billing arrangements at the time of enquiry.
To place an order, contact Flower Advisor Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, confirm the occasion, recipient details, dietary fit, and delivery slot, and proceed once the package contents, delivery fee, and any customisation charges are confirmed in writing.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
Ordered from overseas for delivery to my partner on her birthday in Taiwan. Flowers didn't arrive during my selected delivery window (even though I ordered 4 days in advance) then I had to follow up via email and was told all sorts of incorrect and conflicting information. Eventually the workshop contacted my partner and ended up making delivery 1.5hrs after the end of delivery window. I don't recommend using this service if you are expecting delivery to go smoothly. Its not much of a birthday gift to make someone wait all day for flowers while you run around trying to figure out what's happened. Would not recommend and would not order again. Flowers are okay tho (but then most flowers are). Edit: The business contacted me to provide an apology, and a fair resolution. Changed review from 2 to 4 stars due to business taking responsibility and proactively reaching out. Will leave my original review up for transparency.
Ordered flowers for a special occasion and they turned out great. The bouquet looked beautiful and matched what I expected. Would definitely use FlowerAdvisor again😍 Big biggg thanks for the team to make it happened as well. All the best.
I just sent flowers for my girlfriend in Singapore, and the whole process was so simple and efficient. Great service and smooth experience!
I sent birthday flowers to my friend in Stockholm. They arrived around midday and look beautiful. She sent me a photo and is very pleased with the gift.

Flower Advisor Singapore is priced in the mid-range band, with per-item pricing that varies by occasion and contents. Singapore market norms for gift hampers run S$80–250 for everyday occasions, S$200–500 for premium festive hampers such as CNY abalone sets or Christmas wine-and-cheese selections, and S$500–1,500+ for luxury or large fruit-and-flower combinations. Corporate bulk orders typically require a minimum order quantity and may attract a per-unit discount of 10–20%. Confirm what the quoted price covers: hamper contents value, packaging and presentation, a custom card or ribbon, and delivery. Delivery fees in Singapore typically run S$10–25 per address, with free delivery above an order threshold at some retailers. A peak-season surcharge may apply during CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas. GST applies where relevant. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →
For Muslim recipients, confirm that the food components carry a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate number and validity dates should be visible on packaging or available on request. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' labelling without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet strict halal requirements. For Hindu recipients, a no-beef option is typically required. Vegetarian and vegan selections may be available within certain ranges. Customisation options to ask about include handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour, branded sleeve or company logo on packaging for corporate orders, and item swap-outs within a price band. Confirm the minimum lead time for custom hampers — typically three to five working days for standard personalisation and longer if printed branding is involved. Ask about the protocol if a specific item is out of stock close to the delivery date.
Standard in-Singapore delivery for in-stock hampers is typically one to three working days, with same-day delivery available at a surcharge — usually S$25–50 extra — for orders placed before 11am, subject to slot availability. During festive peak periods such as CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas, allow five to ten working days, as popular lines sell out and delivery slots fill early. Corporate bulk orders generally require seven to fourteen days. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), and the protocol if the recipient is unavailable — options typically include a re-delivery fee, a lobby drop, or a neighbour drop. Keep the recipient's contact number handy so the delivery team can coordinate access. For cancellations, most retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a refund; confirm the exact policy before paying.
