About Flower Fairies Singapore
Flower Fairies Singapore is a floral events vendor based at Millenia Walk, offering islandwide coverage for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. With a Google rating of 3.6 across 31 reviews — a moderate sample size — prospective clients should read the reviews in detail before booking, as the score sits below the threshold that typically signals consistent client satisfaction in the Singapore floral market.
Enquiries typically begin with the event date, venue, and a brief on the desired floral style — whether that is bridal bouquets and aisle arrangements for a wedding, table centrepieces for a banquet, or floral installations for a baby full-month or corporate event. Floral vendors work to a brief on theme, colour palette, stem preferences, and budget, so having a mood board or reference images ready speeds up the consultation. Lead time for bridal bouquets and ceremony florals is generally 2–4 weeks at minimum; bespoke installations for larger events may require longer. Confirm the delivery and setup window, whether the vendor handles teardown, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. For outdoor or partially outdoor ceremonies, ask about a wet-weather contingency for arrangements that cannot be moved indoors.
To take the next step, reach out to Flower Fairies Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form, share your event date and venue, and request a written package quote with a clear itemisation of florals, delivery, setup, and any additional charges before confirming a deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the florals itemised, balance schedule, delivery and setup window, teardown, and rescheduling policy in writing before paying.
I walked in to see if I could get a small bouquet for a friend’s birthday. There was only 1 small bouquet left in the fridge and the roses were a little brown at the edges. I didn’t want to get that and started to walk out of the shop. The florist who was there offered to make me a new bouquet. There were few flowers left as it was almost end of the day. She picked out the freshest flowers that was available and put together a bouquet slightly less than 15min. The florist did it with a smile. Overall experience was good. It was a pretty bouquet freshly put together. Love that there was a spray of water over the flowers to keep them fresh too.
I had a last minute emergency when another florist fell through, and I was scrambling to get flowers for my mom’s birthday within a couple of hours. I found Flower Matters by chance, and even though the shop did not have a large selection at the time and no florist was available, their assistant Jia was holding down the store. Jia was incredibly kind and helpful. I picked out the flowers and asked if she could arrange them for me. She was hesitant at first because she is not a professional florist and was worried that she might not do a good job, but I asked if she could please help. She agreed, and I am very grateful that she did. Jia managed to put together a beautiful bouquet in about thirty minutes, which allowed me to make it to my mom’s birthday dinner on time. I truly appreciate the effort she put in during a busy and unexpected moment. Thank you, Jia, again for coming through for me.
Nice ladies at the shop, popped by during lunch and collected my flowers after work. Very pretty & unique arrangements, and worked with my budget.
Lady there was super helpful! First time buying flowers so she helped me picked whatever I needed and the price was so affordable!! Thank you!!!
Ordered a $100 Bouquet for my BFF birthday from Flower Matters and to my surprise, I was presented with a crumpled brown paper wrapped Bouquet, and 1 of the top paper with folded lines! I am a Flower lover and had been receiving Bouquet myself had never seen such unsightly Bouquet. After being questioned by me to the florist , she offered to replace the paper. But shouldn't it be Quality check before customer collect it?? Totally disappointed in the service and quality! I would add on the 2 florist in the shop are both unfriendly! My first and last patronising this shop and good luck to the owner of the shop! If only I have taken a photo of the unpleasing Bouquet.

Flower Fairies Singapore uses a package-based pricing model, which is standard for the Singapore floral market. Typical market rates for floral vendors: bridal bouquets S$150–500+, ceremony aisle arrangements S$300–1,200+, table centrepieces S$80–300+ per table, and full wedding or event floral packages S$800–5,000+ depending on scale and complexity. Flower Fairies Singapore displays a mid-range price indicator, but the actual quote will depend on stem choices, arrangement size, headcount of tables, and the event venue. When you receive a quote, confirm in writing what is itemised: the specific florals and quantities, delivery fee, setup and positioning at the venue, teardown (if included), and any travel surcharge for islandwide coverage. Ask whether the quoted price is fixed or subject to seasonal flower-price variation, as some stems fluctuate significantly around peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year. For wedding florals — bouquets, ceremony aisle arrangements, and reception centrepieces — the recommended lead time is 2–4 months, with popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November booking out earliest. If your wedding date falls in peak season, enquire at least 3–6 months ahead to avoid disappointment. Confirm that the vendor has capacity for your specific date before paying any deposit. For smaller celebrations — baby full-month, birthday parties, or corporate events — 2–4 weeks is generally sufficient for straightforward arrangements, though bespoke installations or large-scale orders may need 4–6 weeks. If any portion of your event is outdoors, ask at the time of booking how Flower Fairies Singapore handles wet-weather scenarios and whether substitute arrangements can be prepared on short notice.
In the Singapore floral industry, a deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard practice to secure the event date and cover the cost of sourcing and pre-ordering stems, which are typically imported and ordered weeks in advance. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, design consultation, and material sourcing — and what portion, if any, is refundable on cancellation. Deposits for wedding florals are almost universally non-refundable once stems have been ordered, though some vendors allow a date transfer within a specified window. Ask explicitly about the rescheduling policy if your event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, and confirm whether any balance is payable before or on the event day. As ACRA registration has not been confirmed for Flower Fairies Singapore, request a written contract with the company's full registered details, and retain all payment receipts.
