About Flower Lab SG
Flower Lab SG is a floral design provider serving clients islandwide from its studio at 12 Arumugam Road, LTC Building B. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. On Google, Flower Lab SG holds a 4.8 out of 5 across 46 reviews, a moderate sample that carries reasonable weight. Pricing sits in the mid-range tier based on available display information; no itemised package rates are published, so prospective clients should enquire directly for a tailored quote.
Enquiries are accepted via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form, which suits the typical floral booking flow: share your event date, venue, and style references early, then work through a theme or mood-board consultation before settling on arrangement types — bridal bouquet, corsages, ceremony arch, aisle arrangements, reception centrepieces, or everyday gifting. Lead time matters here: bridal bouquets and ceremony floral installations generally need two to four weeks at minimum, and popular Saturdays in wedding season (March–April, October–November) can book out months ahead. Confirm the delivery and setup window clearly, particularly for venue installations where access time before the ceremony is limited, and ask about the travel charge policy for non-central locations.
To move forward, reach out via WhatsApp or the contact form with your event date, approximate guest count if applicable, venue name, and any style references you have in mind — a mood board or Pinterest link helps narrow the consultation quickly.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
It was a wonderful experience at Flower lab for their Mini Christmas Tree workshop! They are generous with their materials and all materials are genuinely fresh and beautiful and adequate for your Xmas tree decorations. Yvonne is very patient and friendly guiding us with simple steps to achieve our end product. Refreshments and snacks are also provided during the workshop! Had such a unique and wonderful experience building my own Christmas tree for the first time! I’m sure my friends coming for Xmas party will be impressed with my mini handmade Christmas tree.🥰🥰 Definitely recommend everyone to come for this special workshop which hardly found in SG!
My 1st DIY mini Xmas tree!!! I must say it’s an amazing experience to be able to handmade a Christmas tree and bring it back home with this workshop conducted by Yvonne. Love the music, warm tea, nice atmosphere and enjoyable moment in the creation process and Yvonne’s encouraging help. The materials used at of good quality (real tree leaves and branches), definitely worth the price for such a great experience! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to bring home happiness and a Xmas tree masterpiece of your own hahaha
Went for the Christmas wreath experience at the Flower Lab and it was so fun! It was harder than I imagined but Yvonne laid out all the material required so clearly, gave step by step instructions and still incorporated opportunities for us to personalise our wreath :) I highly recommend her workshops for a date, a hen’s party or if you just want a relaxing few hours that allows you to take back something beautiful at the end!
Yvonne is an amazing facilitator - so patient, generous, warm and hospitable. She showed the class step by step and was always ready to give feedback to boost our confidence. Her studio is cozy, spacious and well organized to facilitate our learning.

Flower Lab SG's pricing sits in the mid-range tier, but no itemised package rates are published publicly, so you will need to enquire directly for a quote based on your specific requirements. As a general Singapore market reference, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–400, ceremony arches S$800–2,500, aisle arrangements S$300–1,200, and reception centrepieces S$80–300 each depending on flower selection and scale. Everyday gifting arrangements and smaller installations sit at the lower end of these bands. Confirm in writing: the full list of arrangements, delivery and setup fee, any travel charge for non-central venues, deposit amount, balance due date, and GST treatment. For bridal bouquets and ceremony floral installations, a minimum of two to four weeks is advisable, and popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November — peak wedding season in Singapore — can fill up several months in advance. If your event falls on a public holiday weekend, add buffer time accordingly. For everyday gifting arrangements or smaller one-off orders, one week is generally sufficient, though same-week availability depends on current bookings. To avoid disappointment, reach out as soon as your event date is confirmed, particularly if you have a specific flower variety in mind, as seasonal availability affects what can be sourced. Confirm whether the date is held only once a deposit is paid, and ask about the rescheduling policy if your event date changes after booking.
The Singapore floral industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and confirm the arrangement scope, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Flower Lab SG's specific terms are not published, so you should request the full contract before paying anything. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date hold, consultation time, and any sourcing commitments for specific flowers — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you cancel. Ask about the policy if a specific bloom is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, as seasonal and import supply can shift between booking and delivery. For venue installations, also clarify the setup and teardown access window, any travel or parking charge, and whether public liability insurance is held — some HDB void deck and condo function room venues require a copy of the certificate before permitting third-party vendor access.
If Flower Lab SG isn't the right fit, these are other floral providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
