About FlowerAdvisor Singapore

About FlowerAdvisor Singapore

FlowerAdvisor Singapore is a floral services provider operating islandwide from its Beach Road office. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.6-star rating across 565 Google reviews — a robust sample that points to consistent customer satisfaction. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band, though specific package rates should be confirmed directly as no fixed price list has been supplied.

Enquiries are handled by phone or through the contact form on the listing. When reaching out, it helps to have your event date, venue, and preferred style or colour palette ready. For weddings, lead times of 6–12 months are advisable for bridal bouquets, ceremony arrangements, and aisle or arch florals — popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November are in high demand. For baby full-month or birthday celebrations, 2–6 weeks is typically sufficient. Confirm whether the quote covers delivery and setup at the venue, teardown after the event, and any travel charge for non-central locations. Ask about wet-weather or contingency plans if any floral installations are outdoors or in an open-air space.

To move forward, contact FlowerAdvisor Singapore by phone or via the online form with your event date, venue address, and a brief description of the arrangements you need — a written quote itemising florals, delivery, setup, and any surcharges should follow before you confirm the booking.

Ordered from overseas for delivery to my partner on her birthday in Taiwan. Flowers didn't arrive during my selected delivery window (even though I ordered 4 days in advance) then I had to follow up via email and was told all sorts of incorrect and conflicting information. Eventually the workshop contacted my partner and ended up making delivery 1.5hrs after the end of delivery window. I don't recommend using this service if you are expecting delivery to go smoothly. Its not much of a birthday gift to make someone wait all day for flowers while you run around trying to figure out what's happened. Would not recommend and would not order again. Flowers are okay tho (but then most flowers are). Edit: The business contacted me to provide an apology, and a fair resolution. Changed review from 2 to 4 stars due to business taking responsibility and proactively reaching out. Will leave my original review up for transparency.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does FlowerAdvisor Singapore charge?

Floral pricing in Singapore varies considerably by scope. Bridal bouquets typically run S$150–500 depending on flower variety and size; aisle arrangements and arch or ceremony florals S$300–1,500; centrepieces S$80–300 each. Everyday arrangements and congratulatory stands sit lower. FlowerAdvisor Singapore operates on a package model, so the total cost depends on the pieces selected. Confirm the following in writing before paying any deposit: (1) exact pieces and flower varieties included, (2) delivery and setup fee for your venue, (3) travel surcharge if the venue is outside central Singapore, and (4) teardown service if required. Deposits are typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due closer to the event date. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book FlowerAdvisor Singapore?

For wedding florals — bouquets, ceremony arches, aisle arrangements, and reception centrepieces — 6–12 months ahead is advisable. Peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill earliest, and popular styles or imported bloom varieties need advance ordering lead time from suppliers. For baby full-month celebrations, birthday arrangements, or congratulatory flower stands, 2–6 weeks ahead is generally sufficient, though same-week availability depends on current order volume. If you need same-day or next-day delivery for an everyday occasion, contact FlowerAdvisor Singapore directly to check slot availability — a surcharge may apply. Confirm whether your date is secured once the deposit is received, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case your event date changes.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at FlowerAdvisor Singapore?

Industry standard for Singapore floral vendors is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and cover initial procurement of blooms and materials, which are often ordered specifically for your event. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event. Deposits are usually non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to the vendor's terms. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, what happens if specific flowers are unavailable closer to the date (substitution policy), and the rescheduling or cancellation terms. For setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, ask whether FlowerAdvisor Singapore holds public liability insurance and whether the venue requires a copy of the certificate before permitting installation.
