About FNP Balloons Singapore

About FNP Balloons Singapore

FNP Balloons Singapore is a decor and balloon specialist operating islandwide from its base at 444 Tagore Industrial Ave. The listing is KakiList-verified, and with 4.2 out of 5 across 3,906 Google reviews, there is a robust public rating to draw on. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though exact package costs should be confirmed directly as no figures are publicly listed.

Enquire by event date, venue type, and headcount so the team can recommend the right installation scale — a small birthday table cluster differs considerably from a full balloon arch or ceiling installation for a wedding reception or corporate event. Discuss theme and colour palette during a style consultation, and confirm setup and teardown access windows with your venue before booking, as balloon work typically requires at least one to two hours on-site. Ask about a site recce for larger or more complex installations, travel charge for venues outside the central region, and wet-weather or backup contingency if any portion of the display is outdoors. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, check whether the venue requires a copy of a public liability insurance certificate from the vendor.

To get started, reach out to FNP Balloons Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form, share your event date, venue, and theme references, and request a package quote with the full scope of deliverables and a written breakdown of deposit and balance schedule before confirming.

Very disappointing experience, waited 1h 20min although stated 40-60min on foodpanda, and informed otherwise through phone (p.s. my address was 20min by car away from the shop). I ordered a cake on Foodpanda at 6:40pm, and since the platform indicated it was the shop’s own delivery, I had to call the shop myself for updates. After waiting 30 min, I called and was told she would get back to me. Another 12 min passed before she got back and stated the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. When that time passed with no delivery or updates, I called again and was told another 30 min but then asked to contact the driver directly when I stated my dissatisfaction with the waiting (previously during the first call I had already asked for the driver's number but she said she couldn't give it to me for whatever reason). When I finally spoke to the driver, he said he was 10 min away, but later informed me he had been given the wrong address and would take another 5 min. It also turned out the delivery was actually done by a third-party Lalamove driver. When we finally unpacked the cake, the cake box was very dirty, the candle provided was broken, and the cake itself was very dense and not airy or spongy. It also did not look as good as the photos shown on their Foodpanda page. Overall, very poor communication and disappointing product quality. Photos will be attached.

Do not buy from this company! They are a gift company, not solely a professional florist. Very disappointing bouquet of sunflowers received from FNP Singapore. Although the flowers came as mentioned on time, the flowers in the bouquet were all dry and hard, not fresh at all. Leaves are yellowing, baby breathes all wilting, sunflower petals are loose n falling off. The wrapping were poorly arrange in cheap paper, all crumpled and loosely tied with their corporate ribbon (I had to retie it). See the bottom of the bouquet!! Not to mention that I paid $19 for morning delivery because they say that I couldn’t self collect before 12noon… That is really daylight robbery!! Here are photos of the delivered flowers with a photo from their website to compare.

I will give no stars if given the choice. I got a bouquet of flower and a box of chocolate for my wife on Valentine's day. The chocolate delivered do not look like advertised in your website. The chocolate taste awful and have a horrible aftertaste. My wife loves chocolate and this had ruined our special day together. I had wanted to settle with you privately on this but your lack of follow up and resolution to this is not acceptable. I am still waiting. So do not tell me to message you or call you again, I did but no follow up from your side.. You should call me. I paid $89 for that few pieces and I expect certain quality. To everyone that reads this review, the chocolate tastes so awful that even those you get from supermarkets far exceeds the quality of these chocolate i get from FNP.

I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photos - poorly arranged, low-quality and completely below acceptable standards. I have reported this issue through the proper channels and a case has been opened. As what others has mentioned, their customer service is below unsatisfactory. For a reputed brand, I expected some sort of accountability in resolving this matter - at the very least a proper replacement or refund, but none has been offered. What frustrated me even more was their claim of acting ‘as a gesture of goodwill,’ when, as the attached photos clearly show, the work is extremely sloppy. This experience caused unnecessary stress on an important occasion and as what many consumers have pointed out, I cannot recommend FNP. There are competitors out there offering better customer service, higher-quality flowers at better price points.

Extremely disappointed by this service. I had my first bouquet delivered to me on Sunday. When it arrived, it appeared to be beautiful. However, less than a day later, the petals were falling like crazy and leaving a mess. The flowers were shriveling and the stems immediately got slimy with a terrible stench. I did everything possible, ensuring a correct vase, cutting the stems, changing the water etc. 2 days later and they had to be trashed. Knowing this, my boyfriend decided to try again and deliver me another set of flowers which arrived Friday. I did everything according to the website determined to make them last. Within 1.5 days they are in the trash. These are terrible quality. I have reached out to FNP but they seem to have little concern. Knowing these flowers are not cheap, do NOT waste your money. They caused me more of a headache than enjoyment. I’ve had several friends here have flowers delivered in the same environment and theirs have lasted weeks. Go to a different company if you want them to last. See the pictures attached.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does FNP Balloons Singapore charge?

FNP Balloons Singapore prices on a package basis, and the final figure depends on installation type, scale, and event venue. As a general Singapore market reference, balloon and decor packages range from roughly S$300–500 for smaller table or entrance clusters up to S$1,500 or more for full arches, balloon walls, or ceiling installations at larger events. Wedding decor and corporate event setups at the higher end of complexity can go beyond this range. Confirm what each package includes — number of balloons or arrangement pieces, installation and teardown labour, travel charge for non-central venues, and whether helium or air-filled structures are used. Ask for the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing) and the balance due date, and get the full scope in writing before paying. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book FNP Balloons Singapore?

For weddings and large corporate events, booking 6–12 months ahead is advisable, particularly for peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which fill up quickly across all event vendors. For birthday parties and baby celebrations, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient, though popular weekend slots can go faster during school holiday periods. For balloon and decor work specifically, the setup window at your venue matters as much as the booking lead time — confirm with the venue how early the decorator can access the space, as balloon installations that require helium inflation or complex rigging need adequate time on-site. A firm date is secured with a deposit, so avoid holding a date without one.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at FNP Balloons Singapore?

The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the event date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date reservation, design consultation, mock-ups or samples if applicable — and whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date if circumstances change. Deposits are generally non-refundable for outright cancellations, but reputable vendors allow rescheduling within a reasonable window. Ask specifically about the policy if a venue enforces a force-majeure or public-health postponement. For setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms, also ask whether FNP Balloons Singapore holds public liability insurance and can provide a certificate to the venue on request, as many managed venues now require this.
