About FNP Singapore
FNP Singapore is a floral provider operating islandwide from its base at 444 Tagore Industrial Ave. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. With 4.2 out of 5 across 3,906 Google reviews, the rating carries a robust sample and offers a reliable directional signal on customer satisfaction. Pricing sits in the mid-range band.
Enquiring with FNP Singapore typically starts with confirming the occasion, preferred flowers, and delivery or collection date. For bridal bouquets and wedding florals, lead times of two to four weeks are advisable to allow for stem sourcing, arrangement trials, and any revisions to the brief. For everyday gifting, birthdays, or corporate arrangements, one week is generally sufficient, though same-day or next-day orders may be possible subject to stock availability. Discuss the style brief — hand-tied bouquets, floral boxes, table centrepieces, standing wreaths, or full event installations each carry different price points and preparation windows. If the arrangement is for a condolence or memorial occasion, confirm appropriate floral conventions with the team. For larger event or wedding installs, a site recce and a written scope covering setup and teardown windows, access requirements, and travel charge for non-central venues are worth confirming before committing.
To take the next step, contact FNP Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, specifying the occasion, quantity, preferred style or colour palette, and your required date — this gives the team what they need to return an accurate package quote.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Very disappointing experience, waited 1h 20min although stated 40-60min on foodpanda, and informed otherwise through phone (p.s. my address was 20min by car away from the shop). I ordered a cake on Foodpanda at 6:40pm, and since the platform indicated it was the shop’s own delivery, I had to call the shop myself for updates. After waiting 30 min, I called and was told she would get back to me. Another 12 min passed before she got back and stated the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. When that time passed with no delivery or updates, I called again and was told another 30 min but then asked to contact the driver directly when I stated my dissatisfaction with the waiting (previously during the first call I had already asked for the driver's number but she said she couldn't give it to me for whatever reason). When I finally spoke to the driver, he said he was 10 min away, but later informed me he had been given the wrong address and would take another 5 min. It also turned out the delivery was actually done by a third-party Lalamove driver. When we finally unpacked the cake, the cake box was very dirty, the candle provided was broken, and the cake itself was very dense and not airy or spongy. It also did not look as good as the photos shown on their Foodpanda page. Overall, very poor communication and disappointing product quality. Photos will be attached.
Do not buy from this company! They are a gift company, not solely a professional florist. Very disappointing bouquet of sunflowers received from FNP Singapore. Although the flowers came as mentioned on time, the flowers in the bouquet were all dry and hard, not fresh at all. Leaves are yellowing, baby breathes all wilting, sunflower petals are loose n falling off. The wrapping were poorly arrange in cheap paper, all crumpled and loosely tied with their corporate ribbon (I had to retie it). See the bottom of the bouquet!! Not to mention that I paid $19 for morning delivery because they say that I couldn’t self collect before 12noon… That is really daylight robbery!! Here are photos of the delivered flowers with a photo from their website to compare.
I will give no stars if given the choice. I got a bouquet of flower and a box of chocolate for my wife on Valentine's day. The chocolate delivered do not look like advertised in your website. The chocolate taste awful and have a horrible aftertaste. My wife loves chocolate and this had ruined our special day together. I had wanted to settle with you privately on this but your lack of follow up and resolution to this is not acceptable. I am still waiting. So do not tell me to message you or call you again, I did but no follow up from your side.. You should call me. I paid $89 for that few pieces and I expect certain quality. To everyone that reads this review, the chocolate tastes so awful that even those you get from supermarkets far exceeds the quality of these chocolate i get from FNP.
I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photos - poorly arranged, low-quality and completely below acceptable standards. I have reported this issue through the proper channels and a case has been opened. As what others has mentioned, their customer service is below unsatisfactory. For a reputed brand, I expected some sort of accountability in resolving this matter - at the very least a proper replacement or refund, but none has been offered. What frustrated me even more was their claim of acting ‘as a gesture of goodwill,’ when, as the attached photos clearly show, the work is extremely sloppy. This experience caused unnecessary stress on an important occasion and as what many consumers have pointed out, I cannot recommend FNP. There are competitors out there offering better customer service, higher-quality flowers at better price points.
Extremely disappointed by this service. I had my first bouquet delivered to me on Sunday. When it arrived, it appeared to be beautiful. However, less than a day later, the petals were falling like crazy and leaving a mess. The flowers were shriveling and the stems immediately got slimy with a terrible stench. I did everything possible, ensuring a correct vase, cutting the stems, changing the water etc. 2 days later and they had to be trashed. Knowing this, my boyfriend decided to try again and deliver me another set of flowers which arrived Friday. I did everything according to the website determined to make them last. Within 1.5 days they are in the trash. These are terrible quality. I have reached out to FNP but they seem to have little concern. Knowing these flowers are not cheap, do NOT waste your money. They caused me more of a headache than enjoyment. I’ve had several friends here have flowers delivered in the same environment and theirs have lasted weeks. Go to a different company if you want them to last. See the pictures attached.

FNP Singapore uses package-based pricing, which varies by arrangement type and size. For floral gifting and everyday bouquets, prices typically start from around S$30–80 for hand-tied stems or boxed arrangements, rising to S$150–500 for premium or designer pieces. Wedding and event florals — bridal bouquets, table centrepieces, arch installations — are quoted per scope and can range from S$200 to S$1,500 or more depending on scale and stem selection. When comparing quotes, confirm what is itemised: the arrangement itself, delivery fee, any travel charge for non-central venues, GST, and whether setup and teardown are included for event installations. For weddings, ask for a written breakdown covering each floral element separately so there are no surprises on the day. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For bridal bouquets and wedding florals, booking two to four weeks ahead is standard practice, and four to eight weeks is advisable for peak wedding season (March–April and October–November), when stem availability and stylist schedules tighten. For large installations such as ceremony arches or ballroom centrepieces, six to eight weeks allows time for a style consultation, sourcing, and a mock-up if required. For everyday gifting — birthdays, anniversaries, condolence arrangements — one week is generally sufficient. Same-day orders may be possible subject to stock availability; contact FNP Singapore directly to confirm. If the arrangement coincides with a major gifting period such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, add at least one to two weeks to your lead time and ask whether the date is fully booked before assuming availability.
For one-off gifting orders, payment is typically made in full at checkout, and cancellations or changes should be requested as early as possible since fresh stems are sourced close to the arrangement date. For bespoke wedding or event florals, a deposit — typically 30–50% on signing — is standard to secure the date and begin sourcing. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers: whether it locks in the date only or also funds initial stem purchases and design time. Ask about the rescheduling policy if your event date changes and what portion of the deposit is transferable versus forfeited on cancellation. For event installations at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues, confirm whether FNP Singapore carries public liability insurance and whether a certificate can be provided to the venue if required.
