Enquiries can be made by phone or via the contact form on the website. When placing an order, confirm the occasion (CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, new baby, get-well, or corporate appreciation) and the recipient's dietary requirements — halal, no-pork, no-beef, no-alcohol, or vegetarian. Customisation options typically cover handwritten or printed card messages, ribbon colour, and branded sleeves for corporate bulk orders. For delivery, provide the recipient's full address including building name and unit number, note whether the destination is an HDB lobby, condo guardhouse, or a to-door drop, and confirm lead time — standard in-Singapore delivery is typically one to three working days, with longer windows required during festive peaks. Bulk corporate orders usually need seven to fourteen days and may attract a per-unit discount.
To place an order, contact FNP Singapore Hampers by phone or via the website form with the occasion, recipient count, dietary requirements, and preferred delivery date so the team can confirm availability and provide a quote.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
Very disappointing experience, waited 1h 20min although stated 40-60min on foodpanda, and informed otherwise through phone (p.s. my address was 20min by car away from the shop). I ordered a cake on Foodpanda at 6:40pm, and since the platform indicated it was the shop’s own delivery, I had to call the shop myself for updates. After waiting 30 min, I called and was told she would get back to me. Another 12 min passed before she got back and stated the driver would arrive in 20 minutes. When that time passed with no delivery or updates, I called again and was told another 30 min but then asked to contact the driver directly when I stated my dissatisfaction with the waiting (previously during the first call I had already asked for the driver's number but she said she couldn't give it to me for whatever reason). When I finally spoke to the driver, he said he was 10 min away, but later informed me he had been given the wrong address and would take another 5 min. It also turned out the delivery was actually done by a third-party Lalamove driver. When we finally unpacked the cake, the cake box was very dirty, the candle provided was broken, and the cake itself was very dense and not airy or spongy. It also did not look as good as the photos shown on their Foodpanda page. Overall, very poor communication and disappointing product quality. Photos will be attached.
Do not buy from this company! They are a gift company, not solely a professional florist. Very disappointing bouquet of sunflowers received from FNP Singapore. Although the flowers came as mentioned on time, the flowers in the bouquet were all dry and hard, not fresh at all. Leaves are yellowing, baby breathes all wilting, sunflower petals are loose n falling off. The wrapping were poorly arrange in cheap paper, all crumpled and loosely tied with their corporate ribbon (I had to retie it). See the bottom of the bouquet!! Not to mention that I paid $19 for morning delivery because they say that I couldn’t self collect before 12noon… That is really daylight robbery!! Here are photos of the delivered flowers with a photo from their website to compare.
I will give no stars if given the choice. I got a bouquet of flower and a box of chocolate for my wife on Valentine's day. The chocolate delivered do not look like advertised in your website. The chocolate taste awful and have a horrible aftertaste. My wife loves chocolate and this had ruined our special day together. I had wanted to settle with you privately on this but your lack of follow up and resolution to this is not acceptable. I am still waiting. So do not tell me to message you or call you again, I did but no follow up from your side.. You should call me. I paid $89 for that few pieces and I expect certain quality. To everyone that reads this review, the chocolate tastes so awful that even those you get from supermarkets far exceeds the quality of these chocolate i get from FNP.
I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised photos - poorly arranged, low-quality and completely below acceptable standards. I have reported this issue through the proper channels and a case has been opened. As what others has mentioned, their customer service is below unsatisfactory. For a reputed brand, I expected some sort of accountability in resolving this matter - at the very least a proper replacement or refund, but none has been offered. What frustrated me even more was their claim of acting ‘as a gesture of goodwill,’ when, as the attached photos clearly show, the work is extremely sloppy. This experience caused unnecessary stress on an important occasion and as what many consumers have pointed out, I cannot recommend FNP. There are competitors out there offering better customer service, higher-quality flowers at better price points.
Extremely disappointed by this service. I had my first bouquet delivered to me on Sunday. When it arrived, it appeared to be beautiful. However, less than a day later, the petals were falling like crazy and leaving a mess. The flowers were shriveling and the stems immediately got slimy with a terrible stench. I did everything possible, ensuring a correct vase, cutting the stems, changing the water etc. 2 days later and they had to be trashed. Knowing this, my boyfriend decided to try again and deliver me another set of flowers which arrived Friday. I did everything according to the website determined to make them last. Within 1.5 days they are in the trash. These are terrible quality. I have reached out to FNP but they seem to have little concern. Knowing these flowers are not cheap, do NOT waste your money. They caused me more of a headache than enjoyment. I’ve had several friends here have flowers delivered in the same environment and theirs have lasted weeks. Go to a different company if you want them to last. See the pictures attached.

Hamper pricing in Singapore typically runs from around S$80–250 for everyday gift hampers, S$200–500 for premium festive ranges (such as CNY abalone tins, Hari Raya kurma sets, or Christmas wine-and-cheese collections), and S$500–1,500 or more for luxury or large fruit-and-flower combinations. FNP Singapore Hampers displays pricing at the $$ band, indicating a mid-range positioning. The full cost picture includes the hamper contents, presentation packaging, a custom card and ribbon, and a delivery fee (typically S$10–25 within Singapore, often waived above a minimum order value). A peak-season surcharge may apply during major festive periods when logistics demand is high. GST applies to retail purchases. For corporate bulk orders requiring a minimum quantity, contact FNP directly to obtain a per-unit rate and split-delivery arrangement. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →
For Muslim recipients, the critical question is halal certification — look for a MUIS-issued certificate on the food components, displaying a valid licence number and expiry date. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' labelling without a MUIS certificate does not meet the standard required by guests who observe strict halal. Hindu recipients typically require no-beef items, and vegetarian or vegan ranges are available on selected lines. Confirm these requirements before placing any order, particularly for mixed-recipient corporate deliveries. Customisation options generally include printed or handwritten card messages, ribbon and packaging colour, and a branded sleeve or company logo on the outer packaging for corporate clients. Item swap-outs within a price band are often possible. Allow three to five additional working days for custom branding, and confirm the protocol if a specific product is out of stock near a festive deadline.
Standard in-Singapore delivery for in-stock hampers is typically one to three working days. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge (usually S$25–50 extra) for orders placed before 11am, subject to slot availability. During festive peak periods — CNY, Hari Raya, and Christmas — lead times extend to five to ten working days, and ordering windows can close three to five days before the festive date itself. Corporate bulk orders generally require seven to fourteen days. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), the recipient-unavailable protocol (re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or neighbour drop), and the cancellation and refund policy before paying. Most reputable retailers allow cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Keep the recipient's contact number on hand so the courier can reach them directly if access is needed.
