When enquiring, start by sharing your event date, venue, and expected headcount via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. Baby celebrations — whether a full-month (满月), 100-day, or baby shower — have distinct scopes: clarify whether you need decoration and balloon installations, entertainment, photography, hamper or goodie-bag coordination, or a combination. Discuss theme and style preferences, package versus à la carte options, and the deposit schedule (typically 30–50% on signing, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event). Confirm lead time — in-demand baby celebration vendors in Singapore typically book out six to twelve weeks ahead — and ask about a wet-weather or backup contingency if any element is outdoors. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, check whether a copy of public liability insurance is required by the venue.
To move forward, reach out to Foodline Singapore via WhatsApp or phone with your event date, venue type, and a brief description of what you need, and request a written quotation that itemises package contents, deposit amount, balance schedule, and the rescheduling policy.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
The Peranakan cuisine catered for our event on 18 January was excellent and well received by all. The ordering process was easy and seamless, with prompt follow-up from the staff. Wai Linn was especially helpful, demonstrating effective communication throughout and ensuring the setup was done nicely and efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience, and we appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided.
My first time using Foodline as recommended by my friend. I liaised with Nikki, and the communication was good. Everything went smoothly and well. I will recommended Foodline to everyone looking for a one stop portal to find caterers. Thank you. :)
Everything was great! The buffet was set up right on time, and the staff member was really friendly and helpful throughout. The serving portions (30pax) were more than enough, and all the dishes tasted delicious. The only one that didn’t quite hit the mark for me was the Mongolian fish that I found it a bit too sweet for my liking. Other than that, everything was spot on. Definitely recommend to others!
The food from Robert catering was delicious and the portions were generous. I also appreciate the staff who set up and later collected the buffet—they were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Also order thru food line is easy and convenient.
Foodline is easy to use and there’s so many choices to choose from! I like how I can easily see the price based on my budget for any events… halal, veg requirement etc. all is convenient with just 1 click. I will use foodline again for any catering 😊 thank you for catering to the need of my CNY 2026 dinner. And not forgetting, thank you Yeh Lai Xiang 😬

Foodline Singapore prices baby celebration services on a package basis, with exact figures confirmed on enquiry. As a general Singapore market reference, baby full-month and 100-day packages for entertainment and décor typically range from S$300 to S$2,000 depending on scope — balloon installations, themed décor, photography, and goodie-bag coordination each carry separate price bands. Itemise the following in any written quote: what is included in the package, the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, hours of coverage or number of installations, deliverables timeline, any travel surcharge for non-central venues, and GST. For baby celebrations, six to twelve weeks' lead time is generally sufficient for most vendors, though popular Saturday slots and peak periods (school holidays, long weekends) can book out faster. Full-month celebrations in particular have a fixed date from birth, so enquire as early as possible — ideally the moment the due date is confirmed — to avoid being constrained to a last-minute slot. Confirm whether the date is secured by the deposit payment and ask about the rescheduling policy in case the baby's arrival shifts your planned date. For HDB void deck or condo function room setups, factor in the venue's own booking lead time separately.
The Singapore industry standard for event vendors is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, initial planning hours, mock-ups or design work — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to cancel or reschedule. Ask about public liability insurance, particularly if the event is held at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a copy of the certificate before setup. Put the full package scope, balance schedule, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying any deposit. Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB or condo venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
