I used Forbes Relocation to move from Singapore to Bangkok March 2022. I was actually very nervous about the shipping. They were moving 34 boxes of all my household personal items including computer, computer drives, photography/video equipment and other quite expensive small items. I negative heard very things about Thailand in regard to theft and damage by customs. I was REALLY extremely worried. I spoke with Jonathan (owner) and he answered all my questions and put my worries to rest. Jonathan reassured me of the safety record and that there would be no problems. What really impressed me is how they pack, cover and protect everything I was shipping. They wrap all the items and boxes in cardboard protective crate and then wrap it tightly in clear wrap. Very impressive. No one can see or touch my items. I had 2 pallets of stuff... imagine if the pallets were just a big box and all your boxes are in the big box. That's what it was like. VERY SECURE AND SAFE. His partner in Thailand was also extremely professional. All my 34 big boxes were delivered completely untouched and not one thing was missing or broken or messed with. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH FORBES RELOCATION & JONATHAN! If you are moving to Bangkok this is the company you NEED to use! Forbes Relocation pricing was VERY REASONABLE and actually a bit cheaper than the other companies I checked (at least 6 other companies). I am American and for important things that require clear and concise communication (especially shipping to Thailand). Having several in depth conversations with Jonathan on logistics, delivery and safety really put my mind at ease. I can't recommend Forbes Relocation enough! Jonathan really cares and is highly professional.

A Jonathan contacted me about my enquiry. Given him photos of my storage, itemised list of items. He asked for the dimensions of the storage since it is already packed. Gave an estimate to him. Long story short, owners of this company, please do yourself a favour. Client facing individuals like Jonathan should not exist in any organisation. He is simply rude, curt and unprofessional. My enquiry was given to other relocating companies and most replied with a quote exactly what I have given Jonathan but yet it appears that with his years of experience, he don’t seem to be able to provide anything whatsoever. Anyway, going with another company. Your loss, my gain.
