Engaging a florist typically begins with a conversation about the event date, venue, and overall style or colour palette. For weddings, the scope usually covers the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posies, buttonholes, ceremony arch or aisle arrangements, and reception table centrepieces — each element quoted separately or bundled into a package. Baby full-month and other celebration florals tend to be smaller commissions with a shorter lead time. Lead time matters: bridal bouquets and wedding florals generally need two to four weeks of planning at minimum, and popular Saturdays in peak wedding months (March, April, October, and November) can book out considerably earlier. Confirm the setup and delivery window for the venue, whether a site visit is included, and the wet-weather or last-minute contingency plan for outdoor arrangements.
To get started, reach out to FreshBlooms Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form, share your event date, venue details, and a rough idea of the arrangements you have in mind, and request a written package quote that itemises each floral element, delivery, and setup.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Am on the Grand weekly subscription and it’s amazing! The house is always filled with colorful flowers. And love how Fresh Bloom adds 2 packets of Chrysal (food for fresh cut flowers). The flowers are of amazing quality and almost half of the flowers last more than a week. Usually, if I get a bundle of flowers for the house, it will cost about the subscription. And for the flowers to be delivered to my door step on time every week, it’s worth it! This is a highly recommended service.
Ordering with FreshBlooms is like gambling with your money. I bought 1 month of their Classic subscription. For 2 out of 4 weeks, the flowers were delivered in terrible, near dying condition. That equates to a 50-50 chance you’ll get overbloomed, crushed, and withered flowers. Keep it mind it’s around $50 per delivery. I’ve already contacted customer service to highlight this. To their credit, they gave me one complimentary week, but how many can they continue to give out to make up for their inconsistency and inconvenience cause? It seems FreshBlooms can’t live up to their brand commitment.
My weekly Freshblooms have become a permanent fixture in my home! The flowers are a carefully curated collection of flowers that reflect the weather & occasions (Christmas flowers FTW). Freshly cut, beautifully arranged and perfect for one (or sometimes two) arrangement at home. I’ve used both the standard & the grand subscription and can’t recommend them enough! Not to mention the stellar delivery—come rain or shine (and sometimes me not being home), the freshblooms will always be delivered!!! Also a great idea for a gift to a flower loving friend.
A regular subscription for home-delivered flowers is one of the best decisions I've made with regards to establishing a comfortable Work-From-Home setting. The blooms are of good quality, and come carefully packaged every time. They add so much beauty to my environment.
First time dealing with FreshBlooms. Bought a 4-week Petite Flowers-to-go subscription to support a social event, and they have consistently delivered beautiful arranged flowers for the last 3 weeks, on time, fuss-free. Everything they said they would do on their website/marketing page, they have fulfilled, and I am delighted to have found such a helpful and dependable vendor.

FreshBlooms Singapore prices on a package basis, and the final figure depends on the scope and scale of the commission. As a general market reference, bridal bouquets in Singapore typically run S$150–400, bridesmaid posies S$60–150 each, buttonholes S$20–50 each, ceremony arches or aisle arrangements S$400–1,500+, and reception table centrepieces S$80–300 per table. A full wedding floral package covering all of the above commonly falls between S$1,500 and S$5,000+ depending on flower variety and arrangement complexity. Confirm with FreshBlooms Singapore whether delivery and venue setup are included in the quoted price, and whether a travel charge applies for non-central venues. GST may be applicable — clarify this on the quote. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding florals, two to four weeks is the practical minimum, but popular Saturdays in Singapore's busiest wedding months — March, April, October, and November — tend to book out three to six months or more ahead. Securing your date early and paying a deposit to hold it is strongly advised once the venue is confirmed. For baby full-month arrangements, celebration florals, and everyday bouquets, one to two weeks is usually sufficient, though a shorter lead time may be possible subject to availability. Contact FreshBlooms Singapore directly to confirm current availability for your specific date, and ask whether a deposit is required to lock in the booking.
The Singapore events industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and begin sourcing flowers, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Flowers are ordered and often pre-arranged in advance, so deposits are generally non-refundable — confirm the exact policy with FreshBlooms Singapore before paying. Ask specifically about the rescheduling terms if your event date changes, and what happens if a particular bloom is unavailable at the time of sourcing (substitution protocol and approval process). For outdoor or partly outdoor events, also discuss the wet-weather contingency — some arrangements can be adapted, while others may need to be moved under cover. Put all of this in writing alongside the itemised scope before confirming the booking.
