When ordering, confirm the occasion — whether a corporate appreciation gift, festive hamper for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, or Deepavali, a new-baby or get-well arrangement, or an everyday fruit basket — and clarify any dietary requirements for the recipient. For Muslim recipients, check whether food components carry a MUIS halal certificate rather than relying on informal assurances. Customisation options such as a printed or handwritten card message, ribbon colour, or branded sleeve for corporate bulk orders should be confirmed at the time of enquiry, along with the minimum order quantity for corporate accounts. Standard in-Singapore delivery typically requires one to three working days for in-stock items, with lead times extending to five to ten working days during festive peaks. Confirm the delivery window, the recipient-unavailable protocol (re-delivery fee, lobby drop, or neighbour drop), and contents shelf-life for any perishable fruit or food items.
To place an order or request a corporate quote, contact Fruit Paradise Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form, and confirm your delivery date, recipient address, and any dietary or customisation requirements before completing payment.
Confirm halal or other dietary requirements with the supplier, lock in the delivery slot at least 2–3 working days ahead (longer during festive peaks), and keep the recipient's contact handy in case of redelivery.
(Menu attached in my review) Visited after dinner for dessert. Tried their top-selling fruit tart, which is the mango strawberry fruit tart. It has a well-balanced sweetness and is nicely presented. There are various selections for the fruit tart! I hope I can try all of the items one day in the future!!!🤣The pricing is reasonable for the quality. No queue during dinner hour. Strongly recommended!!!🍓🍋🍰
Tried the dessert platter set... and was quite disappointed. The chocolate tart was so stale my spoon cannot even cut through the pie crust. The "pink rose bud" tea (which was pink in the advertised picture), was actually green in colour.... for $22 i expected much more... The coffee jelly is the wrong colour, tasted like the coffee was diluted with water before cooling, and the cream on top is so stale also. The strawberry shortcake .... even neighbourhood bakery can do better. nothing special about the rest
Came by to buy a cake and asked the staff if there was a mango tart available. The staff member simply said “no,” turned away, and continued doing her closing at the cashier without any follow-up or effort to help. We had to call her again to say we wanted to get a cake, and only then were told to “come over to the cashier to order” — even though the cashier is literally just a few steps away from the cake display fridge. When we asked what flavours were still available, she just pointed back at the fridge and said, “It’s all there.” This felt unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful. A simple explanation that the available flavours were already displayed would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly. It’s a pity, because the cakes themselves are good. I genuinely feel bad for the owner — a business with good products deserves better service. If basic customer interaction feels like a chore, perhaps working in a service role isn’t the right fit.
Always passed by this café at Vivo and finally decided to try it out. I’ve seen it around for years, and their fruit tarts always caught my attention. Came by after 8pm, so it wasn’t as crowded, and honestly, no regrets at all. The fruit tart was amazing — fresh and delicious. Also tried a hot bowl of their noodles, which was surprisingly good and really soothing. Definitely dropping by again to try more of their tarts. Love it — awesome spot!
Once Excellent, Now Deeply Disappointing A Sad Decline at Fruit Paradise Fruit Paradise used to be a gem. Their mango tart was so beautifully made and delicious that I would go out of my way to VivoCity every week just to enjoy it. It was fresh, vibrant, and consistently satisfying. However, my recent visit was a complete disaster. The tart I was served had extremely stale cream nothing like the fresh, airy quality it once had. The mangoes were shockingly overripe, turning blackish and bordering on rotten. When I questioned the freshness, staff insisted it was made that morning which was hard to believe. Fortunately, the manager personally inspected the tart and replaced it. The new one was noticeably better in both presentation and taste, but the damage had already been done. The quality control has clearly taken a nosedive. Honestly, it’s no surprise to me now why Fruit Paradise has been shutting down locations over the years. If this is the current standard, they’ve strayed far from what once made them special

Fruit Paradise Singapore uses a per-item pricing model, so cost depends on the hamper or arrangement selected. Singapore market norms sit at roughly S$80–250 for everyday gift hampers, S$200–500 for premium festive selections, and S$500–1,500 or more for luxury fruit-and-gift combinations. Corporate bulk orders typically carry a minimum quantity (commonly 10–50 units) with per-unit discounts of around 10–20%. Confirm what is included in the quoted price — contents value, packaging and presentation, a personalised card, and ribbon — and ask about delivery fees, which typically run S$10–25 for standard in-Singapore delivery and may be waived above a minimum spend. A peak-season surcharge applies during Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Christmas. GST applies where relevant. See the full Gifts & Hampers cost guide for Singapore →
Before ordering, confirm whether food components carry MUIS halal certification — a MUIS certificate number and validity dates on the packaging or the company's website is the reliable standard. For Muslim recipients, 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not equivalent to certified halal. Hindu recipients typically require no-beef options. Vegetarian and vegan selections may be available within certain ranges. For customisation, ask about printed or handwritten card messages, ribbon colour choices, branded sleeves or company logo packaging for corporate orders, and item swap-outs within a price band. Confirm lead time for any custom printing — typically three to five working days — and the process if a specific fruit variety or packaged item is out of stock closer to delivery.
Standard in-Singapore delivery is typically available within one to three working days for in-stock items. Same-day delivery may be available at a surcharge for orders placed before a cut-off time, subject to slot availability. During festive peaks such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, and Christmas, allow five to ten working days and note that order slots may close three to five days before the festive date. Confirm the delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening), whether delivery is to the door or to the lobby or guardhouse, and the recipient-unavailable protocol — most providers charge a re-delivery fee or require a nominated neighbour or lobby drop. For perishable fruit items, confirm best-before guidance on receipt. For cancellations, ask about the cut-off time and whether a refund or store credit is offered. Confirm the cancellation policy in writing, particularly for corporate bulk orders placed weeks in advance.
