Went to see a doctor in the morning today. During the registration the lady keep asking me for my insurance. She tell me i need to pay $100 to see doctor and ask me to pay first before i consulted the doctor. I agreed as i did not want to make a fuss. She ask me to go another counter to pay. The other lady who was suppose to take my payment at dispensary was very nice. She talk to me nicely and didnt want to take the money because i have not seen the dr yet. She explain to me nicely. I think her name is miss eza as i heard her friend calling her. She is a good lady

Poor registration process with long waiting time up to 1 hour, and they asked details about why visit doctor with presence of so many other patients in the waiting hall, without considering privacy of patients. Doctors are ok, however admin proceed needs serious improvement. Need to have some live updates on waiting time so at least I can go for makan while waiting.

Visit time 8.30am 16-Jan-26 medical check up (pre employment) Waiting time for registration - 1 hour. Supposed to go for treatment then see doctor. However, doctor called in and then ask me to go out to do treatment. After treatment, need to rejoin the consultation queue for another freaking 1.5 hour. Very poor time management and sequence management as well. 8.30am - 11.18am (urine test, blood test, eye sight check, audiometry test, X-ray) 0 star.

As a patient here to see doctors due to sick but require to wait for the staff to register one patient and finish their work then call the next turn. As a clinic services should consider to put patients as priority to see off asap. Average visiting in this clinic, I have to schedule at lease 1.30hours no matter what is your sickness and even just buying repeat medicine to take me waited 1.30hours. I am here with no other choice because they have my require medication that others clinic do not have.
