Did a full health screening. A pleasant experience! Ms. Izza was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to patiently guiding us in choosing the most suitable screening package. She even helped us to see the doctor first to get the best possible screening tests. A big shout out to her. The centre itself has a soothing, modern ambiance with great privacy features. Came here for a medical check up as instructed by insurance. The facility and service is amazing from the point of entrance I was warmly greeted by Izza and once you entry the suite you in clean and relaxed environment. Aishah which provided the details was quick and easy to explain through all details and exactly what they will be doing. Doctors were polite and clear and explain through before they begun. Even the lady which served the tea set was extremely careful to double check with front desk before the coffee was served. Except detailed from the whole team!!!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Glad to be brought here for the health check. And will come back for my personal annual checks it time persist. Good job 👍🏼👌🏼

I've been coming to Fullerton Health for many many years. Since from OFC > Ngee Ann City to now at Novena! I started coming to Novena because Charlene was here instead of Ngee Ann City, and it was definitely worthwhile! Charlene Wong has been my go to person! For her prompt replies, impeccable services during my visit with my clients and also the ease of liaising for appointments. She's very understanding and friendly! Always puts up smile whenever I visit with my clients! Every single one of my clients always mention that this is by far the best Medical Screening examination that they've been to, and its not just because of the ambience but also the services that was provided and the extra steps and care Charlene Wong & Team took, to ensure we have a comfortable and good time there. “Wow, the service and experience here is pretty good huh!” were my clients’ first words when we stepped into Fullerton Health Centre at Novena. If you need someone reliable, fast and a problem solver, Charlene Wong is your top pick! I’m a little embarrassed to admit the medical exam had to be rescheduled three times due to personal reasons (I truly apologise!), but Charlene handled every change with patience and genuine understanding, which I truly appreciate. What really stood out was how smooth everything was on the actual day. The team was warm, welcoming and efficient, and the entire check-up took under an hour with no rushing. Fantastic work by Charlene and the Fullerton Health team. Thank you for making the whole experience such a pleasant one 🙌🏻

Came for the Sapphire package, overall great experience at the Novena outlet. I love how each patient is seated in an individual pod and the welcome briefing, blood taking, breakfast (given after blood test or Threadmill) and payment all took place within. Nice little enclave of your own with comfortable sofa and table with hidden storage. Four outstanding staff were Vertyno - blood taking was a breeze and I felt only a tiny prick, and he’s very friendly as well; Lay Gek - performed the bone density test and discharge very patiently done and I can feel her smile behind her mask; Alice - reminded me to drink at least some Milo before Threadmill and explained the Threadmill ECG procedure (my first time) with me; Jayanthi - coffee was a welcome after the ECG, and thanks for the second cup! Only point of improvement was the ladies - the liquid hand soap really needs to be refilled more regularly, two of the three were empty. Overall I strongly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fuss-free, one-stop-shop executive screening.
