Mine was a very small residential event but had a great customer experience. Started with Kevin who understood and met my needs fully and promptly. Roger who led the lion dance and God of Fortune was very accommodating given the chaos that occurs when my family gathers. The dance itself was vigorous and entertaining and executed all the CNY elements. God of Fortune was amiable, energetic and appropriately comedic. His skill enthralled the audience. Gary who performed the bian lian was highly engaging, entertaining and enthusiastic. We had a memorable evening. And definitely would not hesitate to engage Funco again when the need arises. Highly recommend them although experiences can be subjective.
