I was quite disappointed with the service. By the time the balloons were delivered, nearly half of them had already lost air and didn’t look properly filled. This completely affected the overall setup, especially since it was for my daughter’s birthday. What was even more disappointing was the high delivery charge, which makes you expect better quality and care. Unfortunately, the balloons didn’t last even at the time of delivery. The pricing does not match the quality provided. I hope they improve their quality control and ensure customers receive what they pay for. Update after reply from Funlah , since there’s no option to reply: The balloons were already deflated at the time of delivery, not due to temperature changes afterward. This was immediately noticeable and disappointing, especially given the premium delivery charges. I was busy with the party arrangements at that moment and could not take proper photos immediately, but the condition was evident upon delivery itself. This is not the first time I have ordered helium balloon delivery, and I have never encountered balloons in this condition at the time of delivery before. My intention in sharing this review is to highlight the importance of proper quality checks before delivery so future customers do not face the same experience. Thank you for your response and the offer to compensate. I hope this feedback helps improve quality standards going forward.
