When planning a balloon or decor booking, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a rough idea of your theme or style. Share headcount and any photos or references you have in mind to help shape the scope. Confirm whether you require delivery and on-site installation or self-collection from the Geylang East address — Funlah notes there are no walk-in sales, so all visits are by appointment for self-collection only. Once scope is agreed, ask for the deposit amount required to hold your date, the balance payment schedule, and the setup and teardown windows. For outdoor or HDB void-deck setups, confirm whether the necessary venue approvals are the client's responsibility, and ask about wet-weather contingency for any balloon arrangements exposed to the elements. Lead time of six to twelve weeks is advisable for busy Saturdays; peak festive and wedding-season weekends book earlier.
To get started, send Funlah Singapore a WhatsApp message with your event date, venue type, and theme references, and request a written package quote that itemises installation, teardown, travel charge if applicable, and the deposit and balance schedule.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I was quite disappointed with the service. By the time the balloons were delivered, nearly half of them had already lost air and didn’t look properly filled. This completely affected the overall setup, especially since it was for my daughter’s birthday. What was even more disappointing was the high delivery charge, which makes you expect better quality and care. Unfortunately, the balloons didn’t last even at the time of delivery. The pricing does not match the quality provided. I hope they improve their quality control and ensure customers receive what they pay for. Update after reply from Funlah , since there’s no option to reply: The balloons were already deflated at the time of delivery, not due to temperature changes afterward. This was immediately noticeable and disappointing, especially given the premium delivery charges. I was busy with the party arrangements at that moment and could not take proper photos immediately, but the condition was evident upon delivery itself. This is not the first time I have ordered helium balloon delivery, and I have never encountered balloons in this condition at the time of delivery before. My intention in sharing this review is to highlight the importance of proper quality checks before delivery so future customers do not face the same experience. Thank you for your response and the offer to compensate. I hope this feedback helps improve quality standards going forward.
The balloons were delivered on time and as per order, the colours are correct and beautifully combined. The customised texts are correct. The set up crew also helped to place the balloons in the right place in the ballroom - excellent service! Keep up the good work!!
First time using Funlah for my friend’s proposal. Everything went exceptionally well, hands down. Setting up only requires 15minutes as everything was well-prepared before delivery. This is the place for affordability and quality service. Apologize for the wrong address given on my end, but they still delivered without complains. First time engaging them, many more to come 🤘🏻
5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot thank FunLah enough for the incredible decor they created for my son 1st birthday celebration! The jungle-themed setup was absolutely stunning—every detail, from the adorable animal illustrations to the beautiful balloon arrangements, was thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to make the event memorable, and all our guests were in awe of the setup. I highly recommend FunLah to anyone looking for creative and high-quality party decor. Thank you for making Eusoff’s special day so magical!
Amazing seamless service! Balloons not only arrive on time, they lasted more than 2 days! In fact, they are still floating now as I type this review. Far more exceeds our expectations. Will definitely buy from FunLah everytime we need balloons in the future! Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻

Funlah Singapore prices decor and balloon packages based on the scope of work — the number of installations, balloon types (air-filled, helium, organic garlands, balloon columns, arch frames), delivery distance, and setup complexity all affect the final figure. Singapore market norms for decor and balloon installations run roughly S$300–1,500 for typical party setups, with larger or more elaborate event installations going higher. A deposit of around 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date, with the balance due closer to the event. Confirm in writing what the quote covers: the number of pieces or installations, materials, delivery to venue, on-site setup and teardown, and any travel charge for non-central locations. Self-collection from the Geylang East address is available as an alternative for clients who prefer to collect and set up themselves. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For birthday parties and baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, six to twelve weeks ahead is a sensible target — popular balloon decorators on busy Saturday slots fill up quickly, especially during school holiday periods and festive months. For wedding decor and larger event installations, booking three to six months ahead gives you more negotiating room on design and reduces the risk of losing your preferred date. Confirm at enquiry stage whether your specific date is available before discussing scope in detail. Once you agree on the design and pay the deposit, the date is held. If any portion of the setup is outdoors or at an HDB void deck, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether a rain-plan alternative is included or costs extra.
The industry standard for Singapore decor and balloon vendors is a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% on signing, which covers the date hold and any design or materials preparation ahead of the event. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event day. Confirm these terms in writing at the time of booking, along with what happens if you need to reschedule — reputable vendors usually allow a date transfer within a reasonable window rather than forfeiting the deposit entirely. Also ask whether public liability insurance is held, particularly for setups at HDB void decks or condo function rooms where the venue management may require a copy of the certificate before granting access. Put the deliverables, setup and teardown windows, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying.
