I saw "bad" reviews about this company on Google but I have a network of friends who gave me their own good feedback therefore I went with the move with them and It did not fail me a bit. From the sales representative until the crew during the move were very impressive. I highly recommend this company for your relocation needs.

I have been living overseas and moving around quite a lot for many years. Geometra is the worst experience I had : 45 mn late at least to each appointment, (very) extensive lunch break on moving day, rude staff, left at 4:30 pm after starting 10am because "end of day", won't comply with contract. I bought an "all inclusive" unpacking and furniture assembly service, they refused to do it and just left after piling the boxes all over my apartment while obviously laughing at me. The company manager refused to compensate and even asked me to pay extra to have his team come back the next day and finish the job : 100% scam

Used them on our move to Mumbai since PN Writer at that time did not have a packing office. Worst experience with substandard packing, uncooperative staff looking for shortcuts which resulted in a lot of breakages in our furniture . Wouldn't recommend them at all.

I would give this company 0 if I could!!!!!! I’m fuming!!!! They in conjunction with Leader Relocations in Dubai handled our move from Dubai to Singapore! We only had boxes. We paid extra to secure our valuable items. They were supposed to lock these in a crate and unlock at our new destination. This didn’t happen! They unpacked the boxes in Singapore. There was 2 people unpacking and a third came up to help. I couldn’t be in 3 places all the time. My clothes and handbags were left on the bed! They pressured me to sign the paperwork and left! When I finished unpacking I saw that 3 handbags and 2 wallets were missing! One of which was a vintage irreplaceable bag! We sent photos of all items to the company before the move so they new what was in the boxes! They stole 3 bags and 2 wallets and have refused to take responsibility! We had insurance that we paid a lot of money for! They refused to pay out because I signed that I received all the boxes in good condition! This company CAN NOT be trusted!!!!! If you move with them CHECK all the “empty” boxes with paper leaving your house and DON’T sign ANYTHING until you have unpacked all your things!!!!!

I am giving Geometra one star, cause the system doesn't allow me to give 0. In short, our shipment was supposed to take 4 weeks and it finally arrived after 7 months, many items were broken, some were missing, but still the worst about Geometra was their approach to it. They were attentive only to the moment when they got paid, and afterwards it was extremely difficult to get them to answer a phonecall ("the manager will call you back" and he never did) or an email. Our contract stated that we might have to pay up to 500 SGD of storage fees, but we were forced to pay 850 USD to get out things, although we did not ask for storing them and were desperately waiting! So the shipment ended costing us almost double and lasted 7 months... If I knew I would have preferred to donate most of it, rather than seeing a piano being transported on a truck with no protection and with boxes on top of it!!!
