I was searching for a renovation contractor for my home and after speaking on the phone with Peter, I must say he has the be one of the most ARROGANT contractors out there. He was extremely unprofessional, he was disinterested to take on this project, claims that he doesn't want to waste his time just to come all the way down for a viewing and that he has a huge number of clients waiting in line for his service. Well, if he has been in this business for such a long time, of course, he should know that coming down for a viewing is expected? What made it worse was that he suggested that I engage in other contractors to come down for a viewing to prepare a quotation, afterwhich, he will requested to have me send over that quotation before he simply deducts a little from it and offer me a "small discount"?!?!? I strongly recommend everyone to not waste their time to engage such terrible service and seek other contractors instead!
