She updated me of the new promotion, which was the glitter Givenchy pouch and I was so thankful she went through shade matching for me again for the compressed powder! She always make my day with her wide and sincere smile! Will stick to Givenchy for the great foundation, product, and staff!!!! Im very impressed by the staff you hired for Takashimaya outlet, Athena! She faithfully dropped invite msg for events or promotions to me. For bdae month she update me with the double points rewards for my first purchase. Athena also puts her training into use by introducing Givenchy luxe perfumes which isn’t offered at Takashimaya but she shared information and ask me to go check out. At the end of my purchase she handed me a nicely hand written card with bdae wishes, which she shyly says read only when I go home. I hope Givenchy treasure such a gem that you all have, it really warms my heart after supporting LVMH for so long especially Dior but only this young girl in Givenchy bothers to add human touch to the shopping experience.

I went to the Givenchy outlet at Raffles City outlet looking for a bottle of perfume and was served by an extremely friendly and bubbly Athena. I was looking for the fragrance that I had bought more than 10 years ago but we couldn't find the same perfume. She found one that was similar to the one that I had but not quite it. Athena was such a lovely and enthusiastic person that I agreed to her suggestion to try some of the make-up products since I couldn't get the perfume that I wanted. In the process, she taught me how to draw wings on one side of my eyelid and encourages me to try the other side myself. Such a positive and engaging young lady; she really went all the way out to delight her customer. Good job! Please convey my appreciation to Athena and to keep up the excellent work. Will return to Givenchy again for my next purchase of Christmas gifts for my loved ones next week. Thank you, Athena for making my day last Sunday.
