We started seeing dr Chen since 2018, he was my dad’s doctor. Dad passed away in 2020. We are very impressed and grateful for his care. He is very professional and kind doctor. So when my brother needed to see doctor in endocrinology, we just went to him, easy decision. Then a year later, mum also became his patient. I highly recommend dr Chen & his staff, Izza (spelled correctly?) who is very helpful, polite and kind, always very responsive to my enquiry over the phone, whatsapp and in person.

I wanted to make a doctor’s appointment, but unfortunately, the admin who answered the call was really unpleasant. It felt like someone with an aggressive tone was interrogating me, making me feel as if I had done something wrong. I can only say — what a pity. Maybe the doctor is kind and compassionate, like a parent, but the admin... I’m speechless.

His admin is the worst in Singapore. I want to make an appointment. But the admin is very very impolite. She is bossy and giving orders in an overbearing manner. She told me the email address to make an appointment very very fast, then she ended the call. I didn't hear clear the email address. But she refused to pick my call again. Very very rude admin.

Dr Chen Richard’s staff is very rude. May wife is pregnant and sick. So We make the appointment and confirm the appointment. But when we arrived, his staff Izah told us the appointment is for another person with the same name with my wife. The staff Izah is very rude and unhelpful. She curse us and insult us. And we make the complaints for the staff. But the doctor don't care about the compalint.
