About Goodlife At Home

About Goodlife At Home

Goodie At Home is a senior daycare provider operating islandwide from its centre at 15 Marine Terrace, Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a Google rating of 4.4 from 27 reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal, though families should supplement this with their own enquiry.

For families exploring senior daycare, the typical starting point is a care assessment to understand the elder's mobility, medical conditions, cognitive status, and the number of hours of support required each week. It is worth clarifying whether Goodlife At Home provides primarily personal care and companionship or whether clinical services such as nursing, physiotherapy, or dementia-specific programming are available on-site. Key family considerations include transport arrangements to and from the centre, the carer-to-client ratio during the day, and how the centre coordinates with the elder's GP or specialist for ongoing medical needs. Families should also discuss whether a trial period is available so the elder can adjust before committing to a regular schedule.

To take the next step, contact Goodlife At Home via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to arrange a care assessment and, if possible, a trial day at the centre before making a final decision.

It's very proactive for the well-being of folks aged 50 & above, who are S'pore citizens or permanent residents. In March 2019, GoodLife! at Marine Terrace started the popular Gymn Tonic with 6 machines that take care of 9 types of muscles strengthening exercises. Each participant's progress is captured in a personalised lookalike credit card, wirelessly linked to a computer. The specially trained staff, caring, friendly & patient, are there to guide the participants. There are many other activities in GoodLife! that cater for different interests like Qigong, Vitality exercise, Taichi, Zumba Gold, Line dance, Yoga, handicrafts, singing, games, excursions, getting to know other members...

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Goodlife At Home charge?

Goodlife At Home displays its pricing in the mid-range band ($$), but a specific daily or monthly rate has not been published in this listing. Senior daycare in Singapore typically ranges from S$60–100 per day for subsidised AIC-registered centres and S$100–200 per day for private programmes, depending on the level of care, therapies included, and transport arrangements. It is worth clarifying whether an agency or coordination fee applies on top of the daily rate, and whether public holiday surcharges are charged. Families eligible for government schemes may be able to access subsidised rates through AIC-registered providers. Contact Goodlife At Home directly to request a written fee breakdown before committing. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →

Live-in or visit-based — which does Goodlife At Home offer?

Goodlife At Home is listed under senior daycare, which is a visit-based or attendance-based model — the elder attends the centre during the day and returns home in the evening. This differs from a live-in or home-visit arrangement, where a caregiver comes to the elder's residence. Daycare is well-suited to elders who benefit from social engagement and structured activities but do not yet require 24-hour supervision. Families should confirm the daily operating hours, whether transport to and from the centre is provided or needs to be arranged separately, and what the replacement or absence policy is when the elder is unwell. A trial period of one to two weeks is standard practice and allows the elder to settle before a regular schedule is agreed.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

No regulatory licences are currently listed for Goodlife At Home in this directory. For eldercare, AIC registration is the key indicator that a provider meets government-set care quality standards for home and centre-based services, and MOH registration applies to providers delivering clinical nursing care. Families should ask directly whether the centre holds AIC registration and what certifications the frontline care staff hold — for example, the WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care), dementia care training, or first aid. Insurance coverage for caregiver incidents or client injuries during a session is also worth confirming before enrolment. Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
