Grab Express is a verified home services provider in Singapore specialising in Movers. Services offered include Moving Services. They provide islandwide coverage across Singapore. Rated 2.1/5 based on 570 Google reviews.
Most enquiries to Grab Express involve Moving Services. The operator works directly with homeowners, which means you deal with the same contact through quote, scheduling, and job completion rather than being handed off.
Grab Express covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Grab Express an average of 2.1/5 across 570 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
To move forward with Grab Express, WhatsApp is the most efficient channel: describe the problem, share a photo if applicable, and mention your location. KakiList doesn't charge either party, so the quote you receive is the quote the provider actually offers.
🚫 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗯 🚫 I’m writing this with deep frustration — but also with clear, constructive intent. As a wheelchair user, I rely heavily on Grab for daily mobility. Yet today, I was reminded how unfriendly the system still is for people with disabilities. Here’s the issue: * Grab only allows users to choose 4-seater or 6-seater, not the actual car type * Even when special needs are involved, there is no option to filter out unsuitable vehicles * If I cancel rides repeatedly due to unsafe or inaccessible cars, my account risks being suspended Some of us are ambulatory wheelchair users. - We can transfer into the car by ourselves. - We do not need special assistance. ⚠️ This is important, Grab: There is a difference between: 👩🦽Fully wheelchair users (wheelchair remains in use during transport) 🚶🧑🦽🧍Ambulatory wheelchair users (can stand and transfer independently but need suitable vehicle height) ✨️These are not the same needs, and they should not be treated the same in system design.✨️ What we do need: * To avoid high 4WD vehicles like Perodua Aruz (too high, unsafe to get in/out) * Access to MPVs such as Alza or similar, which work perfectly for us Yet even when selecting a 6-seater, the system may still assign a high 4WD vehicle, leaving us with no control and no choice.😭 ❌ We do NOT need GrabAssist feature like in Klang Valley. ✅ We just want the ability to select a suitable car type 🚘 💡 Constructive, practical suggestions: ✅️Add an option for users to identify the type of wheelchair usage (fully wheelchair / ambulatory wheelchair) ✅️Allow car-type selection or exclusion based on that declaration ✅️Allow verification via valid JKM OKU card ✅️Stop penalising cancellations made due to accessibility constraints This is not merely a complaint. This is user-informed feedback that can improve inclusivity in a real, measurable way.🙂 💥Accessibility is not a slogan. It is a design responsibility. 💥Mobility is not a luxury for us. It is independence. It is dignity.🩵 It is our right as humans!💢✊️ #WheelchairUsersMatter #GrabCar #Grab #AccessibilityMatters #InclusiveDesign #DisabilityInclusion #OKURights #AmbulatoryWheelchair #MobilityIsDignity #GrabFeedback #DesignForAll #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs
Using Grab for years across Asia and it never disappoints. Food arrives faster than my motivation to cook, taxis are spotless, and drivers are consistently great. Honestly, I’ve seen hotel lobbies in worse condition than Grab cars. If all apps worked like this, life would be much easier (and tastier).
if i could give 0 stars, i would. I recently developed increased suspicion that Grab is practicing surveillance pricing: i.e. using data that they have obtained to change the price per customer, so if you're "more willing to pay", they will charge you more to take the surplus off you. Will be warning people to also be on the look out for abnormal behavior :)
Wrote to Grab about restoring my account. It said it will provide an agent to speak with me shortly, but waited for weeks, NOBODY came! Remote support is practically non-existent! Commission rate is ridiculously high. Wonder why people stay on Grab
Don't take grab guys. If the driver is further than even 5min away there's a very high chance they will not come. Especially those assigned more than 10min away. They will not answer your messages nor take your call. Then they will wait forever for you to cancel. If you don't.... they will cancel on you when they feel bored toying with you.

Grab Express provides islandwide coverage, which means they accept jobs across all regions of Singapore — HDB, condo, and landed properties included. Always confirm travel charges upfront if your location is far from their usual base.
Typical Movers jobs in Singapore start from S$200, but the final price depends on the scope of work, property type, and how urgent the job is. Grab Express will usually ask for a few details (photos, location, preferred time) before quoting a firm figure — this avoids surprise charges on the day.
Yes — Grab Express is verified by KakiList. We check each listed business against public Singapore business records before it appears as verified on the site.
Response and booking timelines depend on current demand and job complexity. For urgent work, call rather than email — it's the fastest way to get a confirmation and a time slot.
If Grab Express isn't the right fit, these are other movers providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
