AVOID AT ALL COST IF U R REALLY SICK 🤧 I was having fever and doctor did mention that there is an influenza virus going around Singapore. He acknowledged the possibility of influenza BUT did absolutely nothing. As a patient, i was totally unaware that a swab test for influenza existed until i continued having high fever for days and visited another clinic in canberra, which performed the swab test for me. I then tested positive for influenza. But I had already missed the golden period to treat influenza effectively! If only the doctor at Greenlife bothered to check, i'd be in a much better state against the virus since the treatment needs to be taken within a short timeframe of 48h. The other reviews don't lie, never step foot into this clinic if you want a speedy recovery and accurate diagnosis.

I had a tremendously disappointing experience with Dr. Wong Weng Yew. During my consultation, he came across as impatient and dismissive, which made it difficult to feel comfortable discussing my concerns. His tone felt unnecessarily harsh at times, and I felt that he was quick to question or challenge my understanding of my own symptoms in a way that came off as rude rather than helpful. It’s important for a doctor to listen carefully and show empathy, especially when dealing with patients who are already feeling vulnerable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Never ever coming back.

Dr Wong Weng Yew should either retire or have his license revoked. No compassion, doesn’t acknowledge your illness. When asked for diagnosis he’s frustrated and doesn’t give proper diagnosis and try to brush you aside. Doesn’t look at you during consultation. Each consultation last approximately 1 minute. If you want to chao keng take MC you may consider. If seriously ill please go somewhere else.

Worse clinic ever. Staff took 15 mins to register me. Mind you it’s not like the clinic is packed. When they register me only 3 person were ahead of me. They’re not understaffed, there’s 3 staff manning the counter. I wouldn’t pay to come here if it wasn’t for the usual clinic I go to is closed today I wouldn’t have come here. It’s really a terrible experience. After getting my medication, and paying for it. They told me that there was a mistake in the calculation. Which is fine, but the proposal was to give me credit for my next visit. Do I look like I’m even remotely keen on visiting the next time ? Refused to provide me cash back insisted that it’s their policy. This was not a deposited was an overpayment , what can’t they give the cash back ? Never go to this clinic unless your usual clinic is closed. Staff are not well trained, has an attitude and service was beyond slow.

As spoken to the front desk lady, Doctor Wong Weng Yew's attitude can be greatly improved: - Doctor Wong asked irrelevant questions(financial related) when I told him about my physiotherapy sessions outside, regarding my foot injury. - Doctor Wong sounded condescending when I was unclear to what he really wanted me to do, but finally did what he wanted me to(cross my leg for him to examine). Although my Company's insurance has direct billing with Greenlife Clinic & Surgery Sembawang, I will likely be going to other GPs for future consultations/treatments. Over the past 15 years or more since living in Sembawang, we've had bad experiences with Doctor Wong Weng Yew and has avoided him. We question why he continues being so unprofessional, and will continue avoiding him.
