I've stumbled upon Greenspade and was impressed to find that they offer high-quality soil at an affordable price point. However, I immediately regretted my purchase after receiving my delivery. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from your company. My order for soil and substrates was not fulfilled correctly, and the subsequent communication with your team has been extremely frustrated, unhelpful and unresponsive. The fact that I only received 3 packets of free seeds after numerous messages and failing to deliver the garden sand I paid for is utterly unacceptable. The customer service team's would reply to me that they would check on my order, but then they fail to follow up or provide any further assistance. Furthermore, after i read past customer feedback, it reveals a consistent pattern of extremely poor customer service that has persisted for at least 5 years. Seriously, responding to negative reviews without taking concrete actions may come across as insincere. As a representative of your company, the customer service team plays a vital role in shaping your reputation. I hope you will take a more proactive approach to resolving these problems and demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving your services.
