About Greet and Gift Singapore
Greet and Gift Singapore is a birthday party events provider operating islandwide from its base at Nordcom II Tower in Gambas Crescent. KakiList has verified their operating details and contact channels. They hold a 4.5-star Google rating, though this is drawn from 8 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than conclusive at this sample size. Pricing sits in the mid-range band.
For birthday parties, the typical starting point is to reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and headcount so Greet and Gift Singapore can confirm availability and walk you through package options versus à la carte add-ons. Deposit terms — usually 30–50% on signing — secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. It is worth confirming lead time upfront: in-demand kids' entertainers and balloon decorators are often booked six to twelve weeks ahead, and popular theme elements can sell out earlier. If any portion of the event is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether a copy of their public liability insurance is available for venue submission.
To take the next step, send Greet and Gift Singapore a WhatsApp message or complete the contact form with your event date, venue, estimated guest count, and age band of the birthday child — this gives them what they need to come back with a tailored proposal.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Lovely ! Fast delivery and quality of items was very good for value. Very happy and will buy again.
Very pleased with how the goodie bags were packed and even happier that the bags are priced so affordably! The products were really great for kids too!
Not able to resolve mistakes for Customisation well. Although the bags are cute, but was very disappointed by the customisation and service Update: Apparently they don’t know how much inconvenience it cause for the mistake. That’s why it was disappointing. Time and effort wasted as well as consequence. It was meant for a birthday gift which will be a belated one now. “Refund” is not everything and almighty solution.
Seller is very helpful and give recommendation of gift for occasion. The product range is wide and budget also fit my pocket. Good for all occasion..
Super friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile! The goodie bags are good value and very cute too. Highly recommended!

Greet and Gift Singapore prices birthday party services as packages, with the total depending on scope — theme complexity, number of guests, entertainment elements, and decoration scale. As a general guide, kids' birthday party packages in Singapore typically run S$500–2,500 covering entertainment and décor combined, with standalone balloon installations ranging S$300–1,500 and party-host or entertainer slots from S$600 upward for a standard session. Itemise the full cost before signing: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on booking), balance due date, hours of coverage or setup included, travel charge for non-central venues, and GST. Ask what happens if you need to add guests or extend the session on the day. See the full Birthday Parties cost guide for Singapore →
For birthday parties, six to twelve weeks ahead is a reasonable buffer for most dates — in-demand party vendors and themed decorator-entertainers tend to fill popular weekend slots quickly, especially around school holiday periods in June and December. If your event falls on a Saturday or during a school holiday, enquire earlier rather than later. Confirm whether your chosen date is held by a deposit only or by a signed contract, and ask about the rescheduling policy if circumstances change close to the event. Wet-weather contingency is worth raising at booking stage if any element is outdoors — agree the backup plan in writing so there are no surprises on the day.
Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the remaining balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, initial design consultation, theme sourcing, or mock-up preparation — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to cancel. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy: reputable vendors usually allow a one-time date change within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit, provided sufficient notice is given. If the setup involves an HDB void deck or condo function room, check whether Greet and Gift Singapore can supply a copy of their public liability insurance certificate, as some venues require this before approving an external vendor.
