Had a great experience at this clinic. I chose the clinic based on reviews from other patients and indeed, Dr Jarrod Lee was very reassuring, and explained everything clearly. The scope was performed smoothly with no side effects afterward. The nurse was incredibly supportive and caring throughout, which made the entire colonoscopy experience much more comfortable. Dr Jarrod Lee was extremely reassuring and thorough in his explanations before my colonoscopy and gastroscopy. When reviewing my results, he was very clear and detailed, which put me at ease with his professionalism. I would also like to sincerely thank the anaesthetist, Dr Low Wen Hao, for being so kind and reassuring when I was extremely nervous on the day of the procedure. Dr Low even came to check on me after the procedure to ensure I was feeling well, which I truly appreciated. I was also always able to stay in contact with the clinic, and any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly, often just a text away. This was extremely reassuring and made the entire experience even better. I felt very confident and well cared for by the doctors and staff here, and I would definitely return if I have any future gut-related issues.
