Lousy swimming pool contractor. Poorly maintained swimming pools, water features and ponds. Give all sort of nonsense excuses but still cant solve problem. Never have such problem with the previous contractor for more than 5 years. Once Wateronic took over, pools become this state. Even have to close the pool. Use them at your own risk. Good luck.

Recently engaged Wateronic Pte Ltd to maintain my condo pool and was impressed by their service and fast response. They have been my swimming pool contractor for 5 years for my home pool but only recently they were awarded being the estate's swimming pool contractor and all of us are impressed, especially myself. Have been working with Wateronic for the past two years and our estate pool has been clean. Residents may get abit panic and call them directly but they have been consistent and patient though it's not life threatening 😂 they respond on time and most importantly they have been honest when advising us on repair works. A council member here. Grateful for Wateronic as they salvaged our pool when they have the choice to reject us 2 years ago as the pool was in a mess before until they became our pool vendor. Recommend Mr Chan and his pool maintenance team!
