Enquiries can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or the online contact form. For bridal bouquets and event florals, it is advisable to approach Hana Flowers SG at least 2–4 weeks ahead for everyday arrangements and considerably earlier — six months or more — for peak wedding Saturdays in March, April, October, and November. When getting in touch, share your event date, venue, colour palette or inspiration references, headcount, and the specific pieces required (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid posies, table centrepieces, aisle arrangements, gate or arch installations). Confirm the setup and teardown windows with your venue, and ask whether a travel surcharge applies for non-central locations. Package pricing typically covers agreed pieces and a defined installation window — get the full scope and deliverables in writing before paying any deposit.
To take the next step, reach out to Hana Flowers SG directly via WhatsApp or the contact form with your event date and a brief description of the floral pieces you need, and request a written quotation with a breakdown of what is included in the package.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I rarely post reviews on my own accord but Ana Hana service blew me away! I've made a few mistakes on my order e.g. delivery address, choose the wrong delivery option etc. but they were patient when they handle the situation. They also go the extra mile with their delivery! Appreciate it and my friend loves the gift! :)
Ana Hana Flower keep popping out on my socials during Valentines Day and during my search for Blue Roses cos my queen loves it! Found these preserved bouquet and up till today, 6 months later, still looks pretty nice! She really loves it a lot!!
Purchase experience was a breeze. Information and updates were prompt. Delivery was smooth and executed per planned. Definitely recommended for the services and goods. Awesome vibes from Ana Hana.
Bought flowers from them a couple of times! They’re very reliable and their speed of delivery is superb! I placed an order on 16 Feb requesting for a same day delivery. Considering that it was the eve of CNY, they made the arrangement and I received the flowers within an hour. No words can express how grateful I am for their impeccable service and professionalism! Thank you so much!
I order flower at 15 February for my anniversary ar 24 February. At 24 February morning, they call that the flower is not available. You hav almost 10 days to fulfill the order. At that day, many of the option already run out. Since I cannot come empty handed. I need to top up cost for more expensive flower dome that actually I don’t really like and in person, the color look so artificial (which I guess is why that one is left). If you plan to buy flower for special occasion, better don’t buy here.

Hana Flowers SG prices on a package basis, which is standard for floral work. Singapore market norms for florals: bridal bouquets typically S$150–400, bridesmaid posies S$60–150 each, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, aisle arrangements and arch or gate installations S$300–1,500+ depending on scale and flower selection. Full wedding floral packages covering bouquet, bridesmaids, and reception decor often run S$1,500–6,000+. Confirm what is included — flower varieties, stems count, setup time, teardown, and whether a travel surcharge applies for venues outside the central region. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. GST should be confirmed at the point of quotation. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For bridal bouquets and event florals, the recommended lead time varies by event type. Weddings — book six months or more ahead for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which fill quickly across most floral and wedding vendors. For solemnisations and smaller ceremonies, three to four months is generally sufficient, though earlier is always safer. For baby full-month celebrations, birthday parties, or corporate florals, four to eight weeks of lead time is usually adequate. Everyday arrangements and gift bouquets can often be arranged with one to two weeks' notice, though same-day or next-day requests depend on stock availability. Confirm whether your chosen date is firm by paying the deposit promptly — verbal holds are not standard practice, and popular dates can be claimed by another booking in the interim.
Singapore's floral industry typically requires a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the event date and begin sourcing flowers. This deposit covers the date hold and any early design consultation or mood-board work. The balance is usually due one to two weeks before the event. Deposits for bespoke floral work are generally non-refundable once flower sourcing has begun, as fresh flowers are procured specifically for each order and cannot easily be redirected. Rescheduling to a future date is often possible if requested well in advance — confirm the rescheduling policy and any date-change fee in writing before paying. For outdoor setups or partially outdoor ceremonies, ask about a wet-weather contingency plan and confirm whether the quoted price covers a backup indoor arrangement if conditions require it.
