About "Happinest Student Care"
Happinest Student Care is a student care centre located at 291 Joo Chiat Road, Level 2 JK Centre, serving families across Singapore. The centre has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact information have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a perfect 5-out-of-5 rating on Google, though this is based on 15 reviews — a small sample, so treat it as directional rather than definitive. Fees follow a monthly recurring model at a mid-range price point.
Families interested in enrolling their child should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as student care places can fill quickly, particularly at the start of each school year. It is worth scheduling a visit to the centre to view the facilities, understand the daily routine, and ask about homework supervision arrangements, enrichment activities, and staff-to-child ratios. Parents should also clarify the settling-in process and ask about any registration fees or deposit requirements before committing.
To take the next step, reach out to Happinest Student Care directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check current availability and arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My daughter has been going to Happinest for 4 yrs now since she was in P1. We like that she has a safe and comfortable space to go to after school. The teachers also help to go through the topics she needs help in understanding. They also put a lot of heart into their enrichment and holiday activities and the annual Children’s Day celebrations which she really enjoys. We know she’s in good hands at Happinest.
My child has been with Happinest since Primary One and it has been a great experience for us. Many thanks to Teacher Devan, Teacher Hui Qi and the rest of the team.
My daughter loves Teacher Jazzlyn. She is very organised and very detailed. Happinest is the best after school care !!!
My son has attended for 2 years and he enjoys the student care. The teachers provided timely feedback and care for the kids
The event and its theme were so well executed by Happinest. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the event. Thanks for the hard work and fun!

Happinest Student Care operates on a monthly recurring fee structure, priced at a mid-range level (indicated by $$). Beyond the monthly fee itself, families should ask about a one-time registration fee, a refundable deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months' fees), and any additional charges for uniforms, insurance, or enrichment add-ons. It is worth noting that student care fees in Singapore are not automatically GST-exempt in the same way as infant care or childcare centre fees, so do confirm the exact fee breakdown directly with the centre. Government subsidies for student care in Singapore are administered through the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), not ECDA. Singapore citizen children enrolled in MOE-registered student care centres may be eligible for the Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) scheme, which is income-tested. Subsidy quantum depends on the household's gross monthly income, and working mothers may qualify for additional support. Permanent residents are generally not eligible for SCFA. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so it is advisable to check directly with MSF or the centre for the most current figures before enrolment. Happinest Student Care can advise on which schemes apply at their centre.
Student care places, particularly near popular primary schools, can be in high demand and spaces may fill well ahead of the new school year. It is generally advisable to enquire at least three to six months before your intended start date. January intake, which aligns with the start of the Singapore school year, tends to see the highest demand. To secure a place, centres typically require a registration fee and sometimes a deposit. Contact Happinest Student Care directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's school and intended start month.
